Terms and Conditions

By purchasing an eligible product through the Employee Discount Program (the “Program”), eligible participants (each, a “Participant”) acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Rules”):

1.  Sponsor. The sponsor of the Program is OnePlus USA Corp. (along with its affiliates, agents, and licensed assigns, the “Company”, “us”, or “our”, as the case may be). The Company may unilaterally modify, change, or withdraw the Program at any time.

2. Eligibility. The Program is open to Participants, defined as individuals who are:

a)     valid OnePlus account holders; and

b)    active employees of participating companies.

3. Discount. Participants are eligible for extra discounts of up to 10% off on OnePlus devices, gear & accessories.

4. Purchase Restrictions

a)     The Company shall have sole discretion at all times to enforce these Rules and suspend a Participant’s participation in the Program.

b)    Products purchased through the Program must be used for personal, non-commercial use.

c)     Orders originating from Sudan, North Korea, Syria, Iran, Cuba, the Crimea region, or any other countries/regions subject to export controls or sanctions shall not be accepted.

d)    Should shipping to a Participant’s address be excessively difficult, expensive, or outside of the Company’s region of service, the Company reserves the right to decline an order.

5. OnePlus Terms of Sale. All purchases made under the Program shall be governed by the OnePlus Terms of Sale, at https://www.oneplus.com/us/legal/terms-of-sales.

6. Privacy. Information submitted with an order is subject to the Privacy Policies stated on https://www.oneplus.com/us/legal/us-privacy-policy and https://www.oneplus.com/us/legal/state-privacy-policy.
