Some Apps cannot access the Internet
1.Cross Check if Apps can access the internet when connected to Wi-Fi network:
a). If Apps cannot access the internet when connected to a WiFi network, the issue could be related to the router/Wi-Fi source. It is recommended to check the Wi-Fi source setting or network provider;
b). If Apps can access to the internet via Wi-Fi, it is recommended to try the following operations.
2.Cross Check if Apps can access the internet on another mobile phone. If the same App cannot access to the internet on another mobile phone, contact the Apps developer.
If not, check below phenomenon
Open "Setting"-"Data Usage"-"Data Usage Control"-check if some Apps are restricted from using the data/Wi-Fi, if yes, please allow all;
Open "Setting"-"Apps"-"Special Access"-check if Unrestricted data access" is disabled;
Check if the user has security control software (such as LBE security guru, 360 mobile guards) which restricts some programs from using the Internet. If so, it is recommended to turn off the restriction.
If the issue still remains
1. It is recommended to re-install the Apps or clear the data cache then try again;
2. Please back up all the data, clear cache and flash to the latest OS version.
All Apps cannot access the Internet
1. Check if the Cellular data enabled from SIM & Network under settings;
2. Try another SIM card or access to the internet under Wi-Fi.
If issue suddenly appears
1. Check if the issue is related to SIM card data connection;
2. Change another SIM card to check if the issue remains;
3. Cross-check whether other operators can access the internet or not. If the issue only occurs in One Operator, we suggest checking with the operator;
4. Check settings:
a. Open "Setting"-"Data Usage"-"Data Usage Control"-check if some Apps are restricted, if yes, please allow all.
b. Open "Setting"-"Apps"-"Special Access"-check if Unrestricted data access" is enabled.
c. Check if the user has security control software (such as LBE security guru, 360 mobile guards) which restricts some programs to use the Internet if so, it is recommended that the user disable the restriction.
5. If it still isn't resolved, Please back up all the data, clear cache and flash to the latest OS version.
