RULES

1. This campaign is valid from October 12, 2023 at 1:30 EDT through October 18, 2023 at 23:59 EDT.
2. Each eligible participant can participate in the campaign by creating an account and participate in activity.
3. Participants can earn chances to draw new cards and other rewards by completing different tasks.
4. Each participant will receive one chance to draw a new card after completing a task. Participants will receive one of the following items with each draw attempt: new cards, RedCoins, or OnePlus coupons.
5. There are five different cards, with each card representing a specific OnePlus Open feature.

7. Participants who collect all the cards will have a chance to win one (1) new OnePlus Open.
8. One (1) winner in total will be selected at random in the Campaign Territories to award one (1) OnePlus Open.
9. Prizes can only be redeemed on oneplus.com or via the OnePlus Store app. Prizes can only redeemed when online purchases and products are available via the winners corresponding country during the campaign period.

The campaign is live from October 12, 2023 at 1:30 EDT through October 18, 2023 at 23:59 EDT, In UK, the promoter is Unumplus Limited with registered address at 7 Albert Buildings, 49 Queen Victoria Street, London , EC4N 4SA. For the other EU countries, the promoter is Reflection Investment B.V., with its registered address at Hofplein 20,3032AC Rotterdam, Netherlands (“OnePlus” or “Company”). By participating in this campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, so please read them carefully before you participate in the campaign and keep a copy for your records.

2. Subject to the Company’s reasonable discretion, the campaign is open to individuals over the age of eighteen (18) residing in in and having a delivery address in the United Kingdom, Italy, Denmark, Poland, Finland, Netherlands, France, Sweden, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, and Slovakia, residing in the United Kingdom, Italy, Denmark, Poland, Finland, Netherlands, France, Sweden, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Portugal, Romania, or Slovenia. (“Campaign Territories”)
3. Each OnePlus RCC Account can only participate and receive rewards by completing tasks.

a) Participants need to complete different tasks. Types of tasks include view pages, subscription, invest redcoins, and share this event. Each participant will receive one chance to draw a new card after completing a task. Participants will receive one of the following items with each draw attempt: new cards, RedCoins, or OnePlus coupons. Participants need to complete as many tasks as possible to get more opportunities to draw cards. Only when the participant collects all the cards will have a chance to win one (1) free OnePlus Open 128GB.

The corresponding rewards and number of rewards are as follows:

b) RedCoins will be valid for one year upon receipt which can be redeemed during product purchase or through RedCoins Center. For the use of RedCoins, the Terms of Use of RedCoins (https://www.oneplus.com/support/terms-and-conditions-of-redcoins) will apply.
(c) The coupon may only be redeemed on oneplus.com or OnePlus Store app. The coupon is valid for 3 months upon receipt.

5. Awards for specific participants
a) Eligible participants that collect all the cards will get a chance to win one (1) OnePlus Open 128GB.
b) One (1) winner will be awarded one (1) OnePlus Open 128GB at random. Winners will be notified by e-mail within 72 hours of the drawing at the e-mail address provided at the time of entry and a redeem code will be issued to your OnePlus account. Winners can redeem one(1) free OnePlus Open 128GB through the redeem code on oneplus.com or OnePlus Store app where the online purchase is available in the corresponding country before stocks run out.
c) The selected participants will automatically forfeit their claim to the Awards if they do not meet the eligibility criteria or do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
6. Awards are not transferable and not redeemable for cash, credit, or toward previous purchases.

7. By entering the campaign and submitting any other personal information, participants are expressly consenting to the processing of their personal information, such as username and email, by the Company for the campaign or any associated announcement by Company or its affiliates. In Europe, the Company’s Privacy Policy for OnePlus Online Store Privacy Policy will apply (https://www.oneplus.com/legal/privacy-policy-store).

EXENCIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD GENERAL
8. By participating in this campaign, participants release Company, its employees, agents, affiliates, and assigns from any liability whatsoever, on any theory, and waive any claims and causes of action arising from or related to this campaign and/or fulfillment and/or use of the RedCoins, coupons or redeem code, to the extent permitted by applicable law. However, nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any person’s or entity’s liability caused by their negligence or any other liability which may not be limited as a matter of law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

LEGISLACIÓN APLICABLE Y RESOLUCIÓN DE DISPUTAS:
9. Cualquier disputa se regirá por las leyes de Inglaterra y Gales (o por las leyes locales obligatorias, si corresponde). Nada de lo estipulado en estos Términos y condiciones afecta a los derechos del consumidor de acogerse a la legislación local obligatoria.
10. Aceptas regirte por la jurisdicción no exclusiva de los tribunales de Londres para resolver cualquier disputa que pueda surgir. Puedes hacer valer tus derechos de protección del consumidor de acuerdo con la legislación local vigente.

DISPOSICIONES VARIAS
11. Si alguna disposición de estos Términos y condiciones es o se vuelve no válida en su totalidad o en parte, esto no afectará la validez de las disposiciones restantes. Una disposición no válida será reemplazada por una disposición que sea legalmente aceptable y se acerque lo más posible a la disposición no válida en términos de contenido. Lo mismo se aplica a cualquier vacío legal.
12. OnePlus tiene derecho a excluir de esta campaña a los participantes que infrinjan estos Términos y condiciones, proporcionen información falsa, engañosa o fraudulenta, utilicen medios desleales y/o intenten manipular el resultado de la elección. Además, no está permitida la participación en la campaña mediante cuentas dudosas y falsas. Si existe un motivo de exclusión, OnePlus tiene derecho a retirar los premios, reclamar los premios ya entregados o exigir una compensación por su valor.
13. OnePlus tiene derecho a finalizar o posponer anticipadamente la campaña. Esto se aplica en concreto a los casos de fuerza mayor y si no se puede garantizar la correcta ejecución de la campaña por razones técnicas y/o legales.
14. Los participantes aceptan que cualquier impuesto (incluido el impuesto sobre la renta) u otra carga que deba pagarse en relación con los premios es responsabilidad exclusiva de los participantes.
