HOW TO ENTER: Beginning on November 27, 2023 at 10:00 EDT, visit www.oneplus.com, navigate to the “OnePlus 12 Series Launch Event” landing page, click “Subscribe,” and enter your email address to subscribe to marketing messages and be entered into the Campaign. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple accounts, email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.
ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of U.S. (excluding New York and Florida) and Canada who are 18 years of age and older as of the date of entry. Void where prohibited.
WINNER SELECTION: Participants who subscribe on https://www.oneplus.com/launch/12 during Nov.27.2023 - Jan.23.2024 are considered to be participating in the following two campaigns.
A. Subscribe to win OnePlus 12 series
(1) Twelve (12) winners will be randomly selected from all the eligible participants during the campaign period.
(2) Each of the twelve (12) winners will receive one redemption code for a free OnePlus 12 or OnePlus 12R (ARV is to be disclosed after product launch), valid for 30 days upon the receipt of the code.
(3) We will notify the winners and send the redemption code by e-mail.
(4) Winners can redeem the free OnePlus 12 or OnePlus 12R by using the redemption code on oneplus.com or OnePlus Store app within the campaign territories, and while stock lasts.
(5) Prizes (including the redeem code and the phone) cannot be returned or refunded for cash at any point of time.

WINNER CONFIRMATION AND VERIFICATION: A winner will only be confirmed as the winner eligible to receive the Prize after the Sponsor has completed verification of the winner’s eligibility to win and confirmed the winner’s compliance with these Terms and Conditions. In addition to all of the other requirements stated in these Terms and Conditions, if a winner is a Canadian resident, (s)he must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question to be eligible to be confirmed the winner.
