ONEPlUS INVITE FRIENDS CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of U.S. and Canada who are 18 years of age and older as of the date of entry. Void where prohibited.

HOW TO ENTER:
1. How to be an inviter in OnePlus Inviting Friends Campaign
Anyone who meets all of the following conditions is eligible:
（1）Register and sign in a OnePlus Account and found the entrance of this campaign during the Campaign period.
（2）Linked at least one OnePlus device.

2. How to earn and redeem gifts
（1）As inviter：
Participants who have linked at least one OnePlus device are eligible to become an inviter. If
(a) the inviter shares their exclusive link or QR code ("Invitation Link") to the invitee,
(b) the invitee creates a OnePlus account via the Invitation Link, the inviters will receive a coupon for Priority free shipping and 100 Redcoins; the invitee subscribes to OnePlus Marketing Email via the Invitation Link, the inviters will receive a coupon ($30/CA$ 40 OFF on order over $300/CA$400) and 100 Redcoins; the invitee purchases any phone, pad, watch on OnePlus Store App/OnePlus.com via the Invitation Link, the inviters will receive a free OnePlus SUPERVOOC 100W Dual Ports Power Adapter,
(c) the invitee does not withdraw the purchase within 15 days, the inviters will receive a code to redeem a free OnePlus SUPERVOOC 100W Dual Ports Power Adapter on oneplus.com or the OnePlus Store app within the Campaign Territories, and while stock lasts. The redemption code will be sent to the OnePlus account of inviters after 15 days upon the invitee confirms the delivery of the product. The redemption code for the OnePlus SUPERVOOC 100W Dual Ports Power Adapter is valid for one month upon receipt.

（2）As invitee：
a) The invitee will get a coupon ($30/CA$ 40 OFF on order over $200/CA$300) and 200 Redcoins after registering or logging in to their OnePlus account in the campaign page linked the Invitation Link shared by the inviter.
b) The invitee will get a coupon ($30/CA$ 40 OFF on order over $300/CA$400) and 200 Redcoins after subscribing to OnePlus Marketing Email in the campaign page linked the Invitation Link shared by the inviter.
c) The invitee will get extra 200 Redcoins after purchasing any phone, pad, or watch on OnePlus Store App/OnePlus.com in the campaign page linked the Invitation Link shared by the inviter.
The coupon is valid for two months upon receipt.

3. Multiple invitations
An inviter can invite up to five invitees to purchase and get up to FIVE free OnePlus SUPERVOOC 100W Dual Ports Power Adapter. An invitee may only use one Invitation Link. If an invitee receives Invitation Links from multiple inviters, the invitee only will receive one coupon associated with the activated Invitation Link.

4. Limitation
Invitation Link should only be used for non-commercial purposes, and only shared with personal connections who will appreciate these invitations. Invitation Links should not be published or distributed in a place where we deem that all or most of the recipients are not personal friends (such as coupon websites, Reddit, or Wikipedia).

5. Important note
Invitation Link in this Campaign might have promotional content. Invitee may feel bothered by receiving such message. Inviters must therefore ensure that invitees have previously given their consent to receive such messages and that Inviter can prove this before sending an invitation. If invitee have not given their consent, no invitation messages should be sent. Sending invitation messages without the prior consent of the invitees will result in exclusion from awarding the gifts in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign.

6. OnePlus is entitled to exclude participants from this Campaign who violate these Terms and Conditions, provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information, use unfair means, and/or try to manipulate the result. In addition, participation in the Campaign via dubious, fake accounts is not permitted. If there is a reason for exclusion, OnePlus is entitled to withdraw the gifts, reclaim the gifts that have already been handed out, or demand compensation for the value.

7. Campaign duration: April.8.2024 - Dec.31.2024. OnePlus is entitled to early end or postpone the Campaign. This applies in particular to cases of force majeure and if proper execution of the Campaign cannot be guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons. OnePlus reserves the right to vary the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign with reasonable justification.
