Can't transfer data when connected to a computer

If you need to transfer data between OnePlus phone and the computer, please open the notification menu on the phone after connected to the computer, tap Android system · charging this device via USB, expand it and select "File Transfer".

NOTE:

1. If you are using a Windows PC, you do not need to install any drivers.
2. If you are using a Mac, please install the Android File Transfer .

If the above conditions are met and but the issue still persists please try the following:

1. Restart the phone and the computer
2. Change a USB cable and connect.
3. We recommended trying all USB ports if possible, if it is a desktop please try the USB ports available behind the system.
