1. How to use the OnePlus token?
A:
1. You can apply the token at the checkout page if you have the token in your OnePlus account.
2. When your token value is higher than your order value, the extra value will remain in your OnePlus account.
3. Multiple tokens can be applied in the same order – a token and voucher can be applied in the same order.
4. Please note the expiration date of the token, as it will not be valid after the expiration date.
2. Where can I use the OnePlus Token?
A: The OnePlus token is only available at oneplus.com.
3. When will my OnePlus token expire?
A:
1.The OnePlus token will expire one year after the date of issue.
2.The original expiration date of the token will apply after a refund is issued.
4.Can the OnePlus token be transferred to another account or converted into cash?
A: No. The token is only available at oneplus.com.
5. What will happen if I apply refund of the orders with OnePlus Token applied?
A: If your refund request is approved, the amount you paid by cash will be refunded to your payment account and the amount paid with the token will be refunded to your OnePlus account.
For transactions using a combination of cash and tokens: if the portion paid with a token exceeds the value of the original transaction, only the value up to original value of the order will be refunded into your OnePlus account.
Example: An order value of $100 paid for with $50 cash and $60 token value. If a refund request is granted, you will receive $50 cash and $50 as a token.
