Frequently asked questions
There’s no stock available of the pop-up box with the device I want to buy. What can I do?
Our Pop-up box is limited and can be purchased on a first-come first-serve basis, just like in our offline pop-ups. However, we’ve reserved a few invite codes for these boxes, so please go check out our social media channels from the 15th of April to get one of them. If you are not keen to wait that long, you can pre-order right now the OnePlus 8 Pro HERE and the OnePlus 8 HERE until the 20th of April
When does it ship?
Your pop-up box will be dispatched on the 15th and will most likely arrive to you before the Open Sales date, on the 21st of April.
If you are buying with an invite code, we’ll dispatch your order within 3 working days.
How do invites work?
You can apply the invite code that you have been provided to purchase your pop-up box on the upper right corner of any of our product pages, then follow the instructions to redeem it and pay for it.
Can educational program vouchers be applied with the Pop-up box?
Yes, the OnePlus Educational Program offer can be applied with the Pop-up box for qualified buyers.
What about the warranty on Pop-up box?
The Pop-up box will come with a standard warranty.
Should I return the free accessories if I apply for an order return?
All accessories and gifts that come with your purchase should be returned in new condition with the original packing.
