TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These OnePlus PUBG LUCKY DRAW Terms and Conditions and the OnePlus Rules of Contest (https://www.oneplus.com/legal/terms-and-conditions, together referred as the “Terms and Conditions”) apply when participate in this OnePlus PUBG Lucky Draw. By participating this Promotion, the Participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, so please read them carefully before you participate in the Campaign and keep a copy for your records.

The Promoter

1. The Promoter is OnePlus Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (the “Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period: The Promotion will commence at 9:00 (CET) on January 11, 2022 and shall close at 23:59 (CET) on January 25, 2022, or while stocks last (limited to no Reward left), which one is earlier (the “Promotion Period”).

Eligibility

3. To be eligible to participate in the Promotion you must be an individual resident (aged 18+) of Europe, residing in European countries during the Promotion Period (“Participant”).

Process

4. Upon the entrant clicking “Draw now”, the Participant may have the chance to win a code to obtain a OnePlus T-shirt or parachute in PUBG MOBILE.

Reward

5. 4000 Winners will be selected randomly from the participants and each Winner will be eligible to receive the code to be used for exchanging the corresponding Reward:

1) 2000 Code for OnePlus T-shirt in PUBG MOBILE (promotional item with no retail value); OR

2) 2000 Code for OnePlus parachute in PUBG MOBILE (promotional item with no retail value);

6. Winner need go to the PUBG MOBILE official redemption website https://www.pubgmobile.com/act/a20180515iggamepc/ for redemption.

Note: Rewards are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter may substitute a Reward of equal or greater value for the Reward.

Privacy and Data Protection

7. The Promoter’s use of any personal information submitted by the Participant shall be limited to communications about the Promotion and for managing the process. The Participant hereby consents to its personal information being used for this purpose and confirms that it agrees with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available https://www.oneplus.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Miscellaneous

8. The Promoter will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged Claims and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any other losses or damages caused by events beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.

9. Participants will be solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes and any other relevant costs or expenses which are not stated in the Terms and Conditions as being included.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to vary the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion.
