1. This campaign is brought to you by : 1) in the UK, Unumplus Limited with registered address at Black Bull Yard 18a Hatton Wall, Second Floor, London, England, EC1N 8JH; 2) for other EU countries, Reflection Investment B.V., with its registered address at Hofplein 20,3032AC Rotterdam, Netherlands.
2. Eligible Participants: Participants who is over the age of eighteen (18) and pre-order or buy OnePlus 11 5G on oneplus.com or OnePlus Store app in United Kingdom, Italy, Denmark, Poland, Finland, Netherlands, France, Sweden, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia and Slovakia, residing in the United Kingdom, Italy, Denmark, Poland, Finland, Netherlands, France, Sweden, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Portugal, Romania, or Slovenia (“campaign territories”) during the campaign period.
3. Eligible Participant will get the chance to receive a free gift. Participants can only select one free gift from the following options:
1* Custom OnePlus x Bang & Olufsen Limited Edition Beosound A1 2nd Gen speaker (Only applicable with purchase of OnePlus 11 5G 16GB+256GB) OR 1* OnePlus Buds Pro 2.
4. Limited quantity of 2483 pieces available for the Beoplay A1 speaker.
5. First come, first serve. The campaign will be live from Feb 7-16th, or while stock lasts.
6. During the pre-order or order process, customers will be prompted to select a 'free gift' to add to their basket. The gifts will be delivered together with the OnePlus 11 5G.
7. In the event of cancellation or return of the purchase of OnePlus 11 5G, the gifts must be returned or value compensation must be paid. The customer will be charged the price of the gift (Beosound A1 2nd Gen speaker: 299 Euro; OnePlus Buds Pro 2: 179 Euro) if the gift is not returned.

- In case of defects, Bang & Olufsen reserves the right to switch to a regular Beoplay A1 speaker instead.
9. We reserve the right to exclude Participants from this Campaign who violate these Terms and Conditions, provide false, misleading or fraudulent information or use unfair means.
10. Unless for the unforeseen circumstances, they will be dispatched latest on the 1st March.
