OnePlus Day Limited Phone Bundle

Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) below:

1. The Promoter is OnePlus (the “Promoter”).
2. Promotion Period: The OnePlus Day Limited Bundle Promotion will commence at 11am and 3pm (CET) on January 13 and 11am and 3pm (CET) on January 20, 2021 and shall close at 23:59 (CET) on the same day, January 13 and January 20, 2021, OR while stocks run out (limited to 1000 units each OnePlus day), which one is earlier (the “Promotion Period”).
3. The limited open sale of OnePlus Day Limited Bundle shall be applicable in the territory of Europe, where OnePlus official website supports online sales.
4. To be eligible to participate in the Promotion you must be an individual resident (aged 18+) of European countries with OnePlus account (“Participant”, “You”, “Your” or “Yours”).
5. Participants who purchase a limited bundle which will be released open sale channel on OnePlus Day, subject to full compliance with the Terms and Conditions. The limited bundle will include 2 random products, one of which will be shown the item name while checking out, the other will be delivered as a random mystery product.
6. The high-value product of the limited bundle will release the item name when checking out. Participants are entitled to not make payment if you do not want to purchase the high-value product. The order will be closed within 20 minutes.
7. No Reason Return - All products in one bundle that came with your purchase should be returned in new condition and in the original packing. Return requests made outside return Period will not be accepted.
