RULES

1. This campaign is valid from October 12, 2023 at 1:30 EDT through October 18, 2023 at 23:59 EDT.
2. Each eligible participant can participate in the campaign by creating an account and participate in activity.
3. Participants can earn chances to draw new cards and other rewards by completing different tasks.
4. Each participant will receive one chance to draw a new card after completing a task. Participants will receive one of the following items with each draw attempt: new cards, RedCoins, or OnePlus coupons.
5. There are five different cards, with each card representing a specific OnePlus Open feature.

7. Participants who collect all the cards will have a chance to win one (1) new OnePlus Open.
8. One (1) winner in total will be selected at random in the Campaign Territories to award one (1) OnePlus Open.
9. Prizes can only be redeemed on oneplus.com or via the OnePlus Store app. Prizes can only redeemed when online purchases and products are available via the winners corresponding country during the campaign period.

For the other EU countries, the promoter is Reflection Investment B.V., with its registered address at Hofplein 20,3032AC Rotterdam, Netherlands (“OnePlus” or “Company”). By participating in this campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, so please read them carefully before you participate in the campaign and keep a copy for your records.

2. Subject to the Company’s reasonable discretion, the campaign is open to individuals over the age of eighteen (18) residing in in and having a delivery address in the United Kingdom, Italy, Denmark, Poland, Finland, Netherlands, France, Sweden, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, and Slovakia, residing in the United Kingdom, Italy, Denmark, Poland, Finland, Netherlands, France, Sweden, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Portugal, Romania, or Slovenia. (“Campaign Territories”)
3. Each OnePlus RCC Account can only participate and receive rewards by completing tasks.

4. Récompenses pour tous les participants
a) Participants need to complete different tasks. Types of tasks include view pages, subscription, invest redcoins, and share this event. Each participant will receive one chance to draw a new card after completing a task. Participants will receive one of the following items with each draw attempt: new cards, RedCoins, or OnePlus coupons. Participants need to complete as many tasks as possible to get more opportunities to draw cards. Only when the participant collects all the cards will have a chance to win one (1) free OnePlus Open 128GB.

The corresponding rewards and number of rewards are as follows:

b) RedCoins will be valid for one year upon receipt which can be redeemed during product purchase or through RedCoins Center. For the use of RedCoins, the Terms of Use of RedCoins (https://www.oneplus.com/support/terms-and-conditions-of-redcoins) will apply.
(c) The coupon may only be redeemed on oneplus.com or OnePlus Store app. The coupon is valid for 3 months upon receipt.

5. Awards for specific participants
a) Eligible participants that collect all the cards will get a chance to win one (1) OnePlus Open 128GB.
b) One (1) winner will be awarded one (1) OnePlus Open 128GB at random. Winners will be notified by e-mail within 72 hours of the drawing at the e-mail address provided at the time of entry and a redeem code will be issued to your OnePlus account. Winners can redeem one(1) free OnePlus Open 128GB through the redeem code on oneplus.com or OnePlus Store app where the online purchase is available in the corresponding country before stocks run out.
c) The selected participants will automatically forfeit their claim to the Awards if they do not meet the eligibility criteria or do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
6. Awards are not transferable and not redeemable for cash, credit, or toward previous purchases.

CONFIDENTIALITÉ ET PROTECTION DES DONNÉES :
7. By entering the campaign and submitting any other personal information, participants are expressly consenting to the processing of their personal information, such as username and email, by the Company for the campaign or any associated announcement by Company or its affiliates. In Europe, the Company’s Privacy Policy for OnePlus Online Store Privacy Policy will apply (https://www.oneplus.com/legal/privacy-policy-store).

DÉCHARGE DE RESPONSABILITÉ GÉNÉRALE :
8. By participating in this campaign, participants release Company, its employees, agents, affiliates, and assigns from any liability whatsoever, on any theory, and waive any claims and causes of action arising from or related to this campaign and/or fulfillment and/or use of the RedCoins, coupons or redeem code, to the extent permitted by applicable law. However, nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any person’s or entity’s liability caused by their negligence or any other liability which may not be limited as a matter of law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

DROIT APPLICABLE ET RÈGLEMENT DES LITIGES :
9. Tout litige sera régi par les lois des Pays-Bas (ou par les lois locales obligatoires, le cas échéant). Rien dans ces Termes et conditions n'affecte les droits du consommateur de se prévaloir de la loi locale impérative.
10. Vous acceptez de vous soumettre à la compétence non exclusive des tribunaux de Londres pour résoudre tout litige pouvant survenir. Vous pouvez faire valoir vos droits de protection des consommateurs conformément à la législation locale applicable.

DIVERS :
11. Si une disposition de ces Termes et conditions est ou devient invalide en tout ou en partie, cela n'affectera pas la validité des dispositions restantes. Une disposition invalide sera remplacée par une disposition légalement possible et se rapprochant le plus possible de la disposition invalide en termes de contenu. Il en va de même pour toutes les failles.
12. OnePlus est en droit d'exclure de cette Campagne les participants qui enfreignent les présentes Conditions générales, fournissent des informations fausses, trompeuses ou frauduleuses, utilisent des moyens déloyaux et/ou tentent de manipuler le résultat de la sélection. De plus, la participation au concours via de faux comptes douteux n'est pas autorisée. S'il existe un motif d'exclusion, OnePlus est en droit de retirer le prix, de réclamer le prix qui a déjà été remis ou d'exiger une compensation pour la valeur.
13. OnePlus est en droit de mettre fin à l'avance ou de reporter la Campagne. Ceci s'applique notamment aux cas de force majeure et dans le cas où la bonne exécution de la Campagne ne peut être garantie pour des raisons techniques et/ou juridiques.
14. Les gagnants acceptent que toute taxe (y compris l'impôt sur le revenu) ou autre charge payable en relation avec les prix relève de la seule responsabilité des gagnants.
