Eligibility

Anyone who meets all of the following conditions is eligible to participate in the OnePlus Invite Friends Campaign:
1. Has a valid OnePlus Account ID and OnePlus Store app on device.
2. Signed up on app and found the entrance of the campaign.
3. Matched part or all of the following conditions if required.
1) Purchased a OnePlus smartphone. Please note the following:
● If the device was purchased on oneplus.com or OnePlus Store app, the Invite Code would be created automatically in your account.
● If the device was purchased from 3rd party retail stores or other OnePlus official partner’s retail channels, the Invite Code will be created after the user verifies the IMEI number of the OnePlus device on oneplus.com.

2) Ordered on oneplus.com or OnePlus Store app. Please note the following:
● If customers ordered on oneplus.com or OnePlus Store app, the Invite Code would be created automatically in your account.
3) Join Invite Friends Campaign with a OnePlus Account.

How to earn and redeem coupons

OnePlus users who have downloaded OnePlus Store app can earn coupons if a friend clicks on their shared Invite Code, which will lead them to either the OnePlus Invite Friends Campaign lsection (for those who have downloaded OnePlus Store App) or Google Play to download OnePlus Store app(for those who have not). After downloading and opening the OnePlus Store app, two actions are required for join the Campaign: 1) to sign in or register a OnePlus Account, 2) to enter the Invite Code on app after signing up.

Once a friend enters their exclusive Invite Code, coupons will be issued automatically to the accounts of the inviting user and invited user. The coupon will be added to the user’s account of their log-in country or region.

Coupons terms and conditions

1. The coupons generated by different Invite Code click are exclusively bound to the invited user account and will change by every sharing action.
2. You can only use one coupon code on the order each time.
3. Once the coupon code is claimed and used, it will be bind to the account and specific order. If you cancel an order or request a refund, applied coupon codes will NOT be returned to your account.
4. Coupon cannot be exchanged for cash or transfer to other account.
5. OnePlus reserves the right to revoke or re-evaluate the use of any and all issued coupons.
6. The value and validation date of coupons are effective upon the announcement shown on the coupon.

Sharing Invite Codes

Invite friends should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes, and only shared with personal connections that will appreciate receiving these invitations. Invite Codes should not be published or distributed where there is no reasonable basis for believing that all or most of the recipients are personal friends (such as coupon websites, Reddit, or Wikipedia).

What invited friends will get

Invited friend(s) will get a coupon that will have certain discounts for OnePlus products or orders on the OnePlus.com or OnePlus Store app.

Multiple invitations

An invited friend may only use one Invite Code. If an invited friend receives Invite Codes from multiple users, only the user associated with activated Invite Code will receive coupons.

Privacy Policy

The relationship data between OnePlus users and the invited friends will be stored by OnePlus and visible to OnePlus users. The information includes who has used the invite link and coupons awarded for each invited users.

Personal information collected may be used for administering the OnePlus Invite Friend Campaign ("Program") and will only be used for the purposes stated in these Terms and Conditions or other directly related purposes. In addition, you expressly agree to our collection and usage of your personal information for the purposes of administering and operating the Program. Our Privacy Policy will apply to this Program and to all personal information collected in this Program.

Severability If any provision in these terms are held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Termination and changes

OnePlus may suspend or terminate the Invite Friends Campaign or a user’s ability to participate in the Invite Friends Campaign at any time for any reason. OnePlus reserves the right to suspend accounts, invalidated or remove coupons if it is noticed that any activity is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the OnePlus Terms of Sales and OnePlus Terms of Service. OnePlus reserves the right to review and investigate all inviting activities and to suspend accounts or modify invited code or coupons in its sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
The scope, variety, and type of services and products that you may obtain by redeeming coupons or using coupons can change at any time.

Updates to the Terms

OnePlus reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. If any of the terms is modified, OnePlus will post the modification on the OnePlus website or services, and such modified terms shall be effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Invite Friends Campaign after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
