Terms and Conditions

1. This campaign is brought to you by : 1) in the UK, Unumplus Limited with registered address at 7 Albert Buildings, 49 Queen Victoria Street, London , EC4N 4SA; 2) for other EU countries, Reflection Investment B.V., with its registered address at Hofplein 20,3032AC Rotterdam, Netherlands.

2. Eligible Participants: Participants who are over the age of eighteen (18), reside in and have a delivery address in United Kingdom, Italy, Denmark, Poland, Finland, Netherlands, France, Sweden, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia and Slovakia, residing in the United Kingdom, Italy, Denmark, Poland, Finland, Netherlands, France, Sweden, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Portugal, Romania, or Slovenia (“campaign territory”).

3. Eligible Participants who purchase OnePlus Nord 3 5G on oneplus.com or OnePlus Store app in campaign territory within the campaign period may select one free gift from the following options:

1* Custom Fujifilm INSTAX mini Link 2 and 1* Fujifilm mini film 10 shots (this gift set only available with largest size, to be announced)

OR

1* OnePlus Nord Buds 2.

4. During the order process, Participants will be prompted to select a 'free gift' to add to their basket. OnePlus Nord 3 5G and your gifts may be shipped separately.

5. Limited quantity of 1,000 pieces available for the Fujifilm gift sets of a Fujifilm INSTAX mini Link 2 and Fujifilm mini film 10 shots. First come, first served.

6. The campaign will be live from July 5th, 2023 to July12th, 2023 or while stock lasts (“campaign period”).

7. In the event of cancellation or return of the purchase of OnePlus Nord 3 5G, the gifts must be returned or value compensation must be paid. The customer will be charged the price of the gift (Fujifilm instax gift set 139,98 EUR; OnePlus Nord Buds 2: 69 EUR) if the gift is not returned.

8. In case of defect, OnePlus will exchange a new Fujifilm INSTAX mini Link 2 with the customer.

9. We reserve the right to exclude Participants from this campaign who violate these Terms and Conditions, provide false, misleading or fraudulent information or use unfair means.

10. We reserve the right to end the campaign prematurely, to extend it or to change these Terms and Conditions. This applies in particular to cases of force majeure, an unexpectedly high demand for promotional devices and in the event that proper implementation of the promotion cannot be guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons.
