1. Jeder teilnahmeberechtigte Nutzer kann teilnehmen, indem er einen gewerteten Avatar erstellt und Marketinginformationen von OnePlus abonniert (es gelten die AGB).
2. Alle Teilnehmer erhalten innerhalb von 5 Minuten nach ihrer Teilnahme per E-Mail einen speziellen Gutscheincode mit „50 € Rabatt“ (gültig für OnePlus 10T 5G).
3. Die Nutzer müssen ihr gewertetes Avatarbild im Instagram-Feed mit „#OnePlusGetTogether“, @OnePlus teilen und dem Account folgen, um die Chance auf ein kostenloses OnePlus 10T 5G zu haben (16 GB RAM + 256 GB Storage).
4. Es werden insgesamt zehn (10) Gewinner weltweit nach dem Zufallsprinzip ausgewählt. Die Gewinner/innen werden am 4. August 2022 bei @OnePlus bekannt gegeben.
5. Diese Aktion läuft vom 28. Juli, 14:00 Uhr MESZ bis zum 4. August, 12:00 Uhr MESZ.
6. Jeder berechtigte Nutzer kann an der Aktion mit der einmaligen Übermittlung seiner E-Mail-Adresse teilnehmen.
7. Die Preise können auf oneplus.com oder über die OnePlus Store-App eingelöst werden. Die Preise können nur eingelöst werden, wenn die Online-Einkäufe und -Produkte während des Aktionszeitraums über das jeweilige Land des Gewinners verfügbar sind.

The campaign is live from July 28, 1:00 PM BST to August 4, 11:00 AM BST (July 28, 2:00 PM CEST to August 4, 12:00 PM CEST OR July 28, 3:00 PM EEST to August 4, 1:00 PM EEST). By participating this campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, so please read them carefully before you participate in the campaign and keep a copy for your records.
DETAILS OF THE CAMPAIGN:
1. This campaign is named "OnePlus Avatar"
2. Subject to the Company’s reasonable discretion, the campaign is open to individuals over the age of eighteen (18) residing in any selected country or region throughout the world (“Territory”. In Europe, this campaign is open to the eligible participant residing in United Kingdom, Italy, Denmark, Poland, Finland, Netherlands, France, Sweden, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia and Slovakia, residing in the United Kingdom, Italy, Denmark, Poland, Finland, Netherlands, France, Sweden, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Portugal, Romania, or Slovenia. Due to legal restrictions, the Company is unable to accept participation from Sudan, North Korea, Syria, Iran, Cuba, the Crimea region, or any other countries/regions which may be subject to export controls or sanctions at the time of the campaign if their participation leads to the violation of to the relevant law or regulation.
3. Each eligible participant can participate by generating ranked avatar image.
4. Each eligible participant need to agree to terms & conditions of subscription, and subscribe marketing information of OnePlus.
5. Each eligible participant can only participate once by subscribing through e-mail. Please make sure your information is correct before submission.
An eligible participant is referred to as " participant" or "you".
AWARDS AND ALLOCATION:
6. Awards for all participants
a) All of the participants will receive an exclusive coupon code of 50 € off (only applicable on OnePlus 10T 5G). Awards will be sent via e-mail within 5 minutes of participating. The coupon code will be valid immediately following the OnePlus 10T 5G launch event until Sep 4, 2022 11:59 PM (CEST). Please use them in time.
7. Awards for specific users
a) Participants that share their ranked Avatar image to Instagram feed with ‘#OnePlusGetTogether‘, @OnePlus and follow the account will get a chance to win a free OnePlus 10T 5G.
b) Ten (10) winners in total will be selected at random globally. Winners will be announced at our Instagram platform @OnePlus on August 4, 2022. Winners will also be contacted via Instagram direct message. By entering this campaign, participants give their express permission to be contacted by OnePlus via direct message or e-mail concerning this award.
c) Each of the ten (10) winners will receive a redeem code of a free OnePlus 10T 5G, valid for 3 months upon the receipt of the code. Winners can redeem the free OnePlus 10T 5G through the redeem code on oneplus.com or OnePlus Store app where online purchase is available in the corresponding country before stocks run out.
d) The selected participants will automatically forfeit their claim to the Awards if they do not meet the eligibility criteria or do not comply with these T&Cs.
8. Coupons and redeem code can only be used on oneplus.com or OnePlus Store app where online purchase is available in the corresponding country. If the order value exceeds the coupon value, you will need to pay the difference. If the order value is under the coupon value, you can use the coupon normally, but the balance of the coupon value will not be sent back to your account.
9. Awards are non-transferable.
PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION:
10. By entering the campaign and submitting any other personal information, participants are expressly consenting to the processing of their personal information (namely email and username of Instagram) by Company for the purpose of the campaign or any associated announcement by Company or its affiliates. Company’s Privacy Policy will apply (https://www.oneplus.com/legal/privacy-policy).
GENERAL LIABILITY RELEASE:
11. By participating in this campaign, participants release Company, its employees, agents, affiliates, and assigns from any liability whatsoever, on any theory, and waive any and all claims and causes of action arising from or related to this campaign and/or fulfilment and/or use of the Coupons, redeem code or RedCoins, to the extent permitted by applicable law. However, nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any person’s or entity’s liability for death or personal injury caused by their negligence or any other liability which may not be limited as a matter of law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES RESOLUTION:
12. Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales (or by mandatory local laws, if applicable). Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects the rights of the consumer to rely on the mandatory local law.
13. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London to resolve any disputes that may arise. You may enforce your consumer protection rights according to the applicable local law.
MISCELLANEOUS:
14. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that is legally possible and comes as close as possible to the invalid provision in terms of content. The same applies to any loopholes.
15. OnePlus is entitled to exclude participants from this campaign who violate these Terms and Conditions, provide false, misleading or fraudulent information, use unfair means and/or try to manipulate the selection result. In addition, participation in the campaign via dubious, fake accounts is not permitted. If there is a reason for exclusion, OnePlus is entitled to withdraw the awards, to reclaim the awards that have already been handed out, or to demand compensation for the value.
16. OnePlus is entitled to early end or postpone the campaign. This applies in particular to cases of force majeure and in the event that proper execution of the campaign cannot be guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons.
17. The participants agree that any tax (including the income tax) or other charge payable in conjunction with the awards is the sole responsibility of the participants.
