These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) apply when you pre-order of the €20 (or equivalent) Voucher (defined as below) for securing the OnePlus Nord from OnePlus.com while participating in this OnePlus Nord Pre-order Promotion (the “Promotion”). By placing a pre-order of the Voucher, the Participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, so please read them carefully before you place a pre-order of the Voucher and keep a copy for your records.

    OnePlus Nord Pre-order Promotion

  1. Promoter The Promoter is Da Sheng International Trade Co., Limited (the “Promoter” or “We”).
  2. Promotion Period The Promotion will commence at 10:00am (CEST) on July 1, 2020 and shall close at 10:00am (CEST) on July 16, 2020, or while stocks last (the “Promotion Period”). There are 3 rounds of pre-order of the Voucher:
    • 1st Round: limited Voucher starts at 10:00am (CEST) on July 1, 2020.
    • 2nd Round: limited Voucher starts at 10:00am (CEST) on July 8, 2020.
    • 3rd Round: Voucher starts at 10:00am (CEST) on July 15, 2020 to 11:00am (CEST) on July 16, 2020.
  3. Promotion Channel: oneplus.com.
  4. Eligibility: To be eligible to participate in the Promotion (powered by oneplus.com) you must be an individual resident (aged 18+) of European regions (the “Participant” or “You”).

    5. Territory

  5. This Promotion is limited to the following countries:

    Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Spain, Finland, France, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovenia, Slovakia, United Kingdom.

    6. How to Pre-order

  6. In order to participate in this Promotion, you will need to visit the Promotion Channel, and pay €20 (or equivalent) via a valid OnePlus Account or guest checkout (no logins required). The €20 payment is for a €20 voucher for securing the Product before launch (“Voucher”). The Voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Participant is not permitted to sell, trade, or purchase the Voucher without the permission of OnePlus.
  7. In order to participate the Promotion, you will need to provide certain information, including but not limited to your name, email address, shipping address and billing information. You’re under the responsibility to confirm information is accurate and up to date. If we do not have accurate information, we will not be able to send you the confirmation email, the voucher, the merch and inform you when the Pre-order is available for purchase, if applicable.
  8. After the completing the payment of the Voucher, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided. If participant participate in the Promotion by guest checkout, the only way to check the order details is the order confirmation email. If participant participate in the Promotion with a valid OnePlus Account, the order details can be checked in “My Orders”.
  9. We will send merch immediately when you complete the payment of the Voucher. 1st and 2nd round pre-orders will come with a random lifestyle product, a sticker pack and other mystery gifts. The earliest 3rd round pre-orders will come with a sticker pack and a mystery gift. You must provide valid shipping addresses for receiving the merch.

    10. How to Complete OnePlus Nord Order

  10. We will send you an invitation code and the Voucher before launch via OnePlus Account. If the Participant participate the Promotion by guest checkout, please sign up a OnePlus account with the email address to receive and check the invitation code and the Voucher.
  11. Only the Participant could purchase OnePlus Nord on the launch day by using an invitation code and the Voucher. The invitation code will expire in a specific time. The Voucher will be valid for a longer time for you to purchase OnePlus Nord. Details will be sent by an instruction email before launch. OnePlus reserve the right not to accept your order if you do not meet any relevant eligibility criteria.

    12. Delivery and Cancellation

  12. Where possible orders will be shipped to you or be ready for collection as soon as is practicable, subject to availability, in order that you may receive it on the launch date. For some areas delivery will take longer.
  13. Either you or OnePlus may cancel a order at any time for any or no reason prior to our notice to you that the Product has been dispatched or is ready for collection (“Dispatch Notice”). If cancellation occurs before the Dispatch Notice, you will be entitled to a refund of your order Payment, but the Voucher is non-refundable as mentioned.
  14. The purchase of the Product and / or any accompanying service, is subject to additional terms and conditions provided by OnePlus, including but not limited to OnePlus Terms of Sales, which will be notified to you before you complete your purchase, in your order confirmation and can be found on oneplus.com.

    15. Privacy and Data Protection

  15. OnePlus use of any personal information submitted by you shall be limited to communications about the Promotion and for managing the process. You hereby consent to its personal information being used for this purpose and confirms that it agrees with the Privacy Policy available at:https://www.oneplus.com/legal/privacy-policy.

    16. Miscellaneous

  16. OnePlus will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive submissions due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions or Claims; (c) any other losses or damages caused by Promotions beyond the reasonable control of OnePlus.
  17. You will be solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes and any other relevant costs or expenses which are not stated in the Terms and Conditions as being included.
  18. OnePlus reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions. Please check the website for updates.
  19. The Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the law of the Hong Kong (or by mandatory local laws, if applicable).

What do I get with my €20 payment?

The earlier you pre-order, the more Nord merch you’ll get. Simple.

1. 1st and 2nd round pre-orders will come with a random lifestyle product, a sticker pack, and other mystery gifts. The earliest 3rd round pre-orders will come with a sticker pack and a mystery gift.

2. Pre-orders will come with an invitation code and a €20 voucher that will be sent to you before launch to make sure you secure your Nord.

3. Orders made immediately after release will come with Nord and a surprise gift. And those of you that are especially early will also receive Nord in exclusive packaging.

How long until my merch arrives?

That all depends on when you pre-ordered. 1st-2nd round pre-orders will come with a random lifestyle product and a sticker pack – both will be delivered in 3-5 business days. Oh, we’ve also got some mystery gifts for you, too - we’ll try to bundle these in with your merch, but if we can’t, we’ll send them separately. 3rd round pre-orders won’t come with any random lifestyle products, and only the earliest of you will receive a mystery gift.

Is my pre-order payment refundable?

After you secure your Nord with a €20 payment, we’ll send you a €20 voucher when Nord releases so you can order it at a discount. All vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Customers are not permitted to sell, trade, or purchase vouchers without the permission of OnePlus.

If I want to return Nord, do I need to return all my Nord merch?

If you want to return Nord, you’ll also have to return the surprise gift bundled with it.

What if there’s a problem with my Nord device?

Every Nord smartphone undergoes rigorous factory testing before it’s neatly boxed up and shipped to you. However, in the unlikely event you receive a defective device please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Can I pre-order Nord in my country?

This pre-order promotion is limited to the following countries:
