1. These campaigns are brought to you by 1) for the UK: Unumplus Limited with registered address at 7 Albert Buildings, 49 Queen Victoria Street, London , EC4N 4SA; 2) for other countries: Reflection Investment B.V., with its registered address at Hofplein 20,3032AC Rotterdam, Netherlands (collectively “OnePlus” or “we”)
2. Campaign I: Pre-order free gift
(1) Eligible participants: participants who are over the age of eighteen (18) in United Kingdom (excluding North Ireland), Italy, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Luxembourg, France, Sweden, Spain, Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Belgium, Hungary, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Romania, Portugal, Greece, Croatia, Lithuania, Slovenia, or Slovakia (“territories of campaign I”), residing in and having a delivery address in the territories of campaign I during the campaign period.
(2) Eligible Participants who purchase OnePlus Nord 4 on oneplus.com or OnePlus Store app in campaign territory within 16th Jul, 2024 - 8th Aug, 2024 may select one free gift from the following options:

(4) During the order process, participants will be prompted to select a 'free gift' to add to their basket.

3. Campaign II: Pre-order and Win
(1) Eligible participants: participants who are over the age of eighteen (18) in United Kingdom (excluding North Ireland), Italy, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Luxembourg, France, Sweden, Spain, Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Belgium, Hungary, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Romania, Portugal, Greece, Croatia, Lithuania, Slovenia, or Slovakia (“territories of campaign I”), residing in and having a delivery address in the territories of campaign I during the campaign period.
(2) if you place an order of OnePlus Nord 4 during the pre-order period in the territories of campaign II, you will have a chance to win one (1) TUMI 19 Degree Aluminium International Carry-on worth £1050 besides the free gift of Campaign I. The winners will be selected in two rounds:
-In the first round of winner selection, 40 winners will be randomly selected from those who place an order of OnePlus Nord 4 before July 24th 24:00 CEST. Winners will be announced on July 25th at the (https://www.oneplus.com/oneplus-nord-4/giveaway/winners-list.)
-In the second round of winner selection, 60 winners will be randomly selected from those who place an order of OnePlus Nord 4 between July 25th 24:00 CEST and August 7th 24:00 CEST. Winners will be announced on August 8th at the (https://www.oneplus.com/oneplus-nord-4/giveaway/winners-list.)
4. OnePlus Nord 4 and your gifts or prize may be shipped separately.
5.In the event of cancellation, withdrawl, or return of the purchase of OnePlus Nord 4, the gift or prize must be returned, or value compensation must be paid. The customer will be charged the price of the gift or prize (TUMI Voyageur Persia Crossbody Bag £190, TUMI 19 Degree Aluminium International Carry-on £1050 if the gift is not returned.
6. Please note, TUMI will handle all after-sales service for the custom products.

In case of defects, TUMI reserves the compensation right if a repair of the relevant Goods is not possible.
7. We reserve the right to exclude participants from this campaign who violate these Terms and Conditions, provide false, misleading or fraudulent information or use unfair means.
8. We reserve the right to end the campaign prematurely, to extend it or to change these Terms and Conditions. This applies in particular to cases of force majeure, an unexpectedly high demand for promotional devices and in the event that proper implementation of the promotion cannot be guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons.
9. To the extent permited by the applicable law, the participants agree that any tax (including the income tax) or another charge payable in conjunction with the prizes is the sole responsibility of the participants.
