OnePlus Flip Card Challenge Campaign Terms and Conditions

These OnePlus Flip Card Challenge Campaign Terms and Conditions and the OnePlus Rules of Contest (https://www.oneplus.com/legal/terms-and-conditions, together referred as the “Terms and Conditions”) apply while participating in this OnePlus Flip Card Challenge Campaign. By participating this Campaign, the Participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, so please read them carefully before you participate in the Campaign and keep a copy for your records.

The Campaign
1. The Campaign is OnePlus Flip Card Challenge (the “Campaign”).
2. Campaign Period: The Campaign will commence on 10AM GMT, 9th December and shall close on 11PM GMT, 17th December (the “Campaign Period”).

Eligibility
3. To be eligible to participate in the Campaign you must be an individual resident (aged 18+) of Europe, residing in European countries during the Campaign Period (“Participant”, “You”, “Your” or “Yours”).

How to participate in this Campaign
4. Process:
1) Each participant has to sign in the OnePlus account to join the Campaign.
2) Each participant can choose to finish any task to gain the chance of flipping a card. The card can be flipped at random order. Participants can only flip 2 cards in total each day.
3) The tasks include: a) jump to a designated new page; b) verification of filling in the survey; c) share current web page to social platforms.
4) Participants can continue to flip the cards which corresponding tasks are completed within 7 days once the Campaign ended.
5) Once all the cards completed flipping, participants can customize the name and download the card for sharing.
6) You will get daily new flipping card chance after 23:59:59 pm UTC every day.

Winner Selection and Prize
5. All the participants who finish in total 6 cards flipping shall receive the designated promotion voucher, subject to full compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
6. The promotion voucher will send to participants account directly, and corresponding discount can be used when checking out while purchasing OnePlus products at oneplus.com.
7. The promotion code can’t be combined with any other ongoing offer/promotion/discount. Each order can only be applied with one promotion code each time.

Privacy and Data Protection
8. The Promoter’s use of any personal information submitted by the Participant shall be limited to communications about the Campaign and for managing the process. The Participant hereby consents to their personal information being used for this purpose and confirms that they agree with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at: https://www.oneplus.com/legal/privacy-policy?from=foot

Miscellaneous
9. The Promoter reserves the right to vary the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign.
