This campaign is brought to you by 1) for the UK: Unumplus Limited with registered address at 7 Albert Buildings, 49 Queen Victoria Street, London , EC4N 4SA; 2) for other countries: Reflection Investment B.V., with its registered address at Hofplein 20,3032AC Rotterdam, Netherlands (collectively “OnePlus” or “we”)
• Tickets will be available for sale from Jul 3, 2024 to Jul 16,2024, and while stock lasts ("campaign period"). Once sold, tickets are non-transferable.
• Prize Promotion:
(1) Eligible participants for prize promotion: participants who are over the age of eighteen (18) in United Kingdom (excluding North Ireland), Italy, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Luxembourg, France, Sweden, Spain, Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Belgium, Hungary, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Romania, Portugal, Greece, Croatia, Lithuania, Slovenia, or Slovakia (“promotion territories”), residing in and having a delivery address in the promotion territories during the campaign period.
(2) By purchasing a ticket, you are eligible for a chance to win a prize. Fifteen (15) winners will be randomly selected from all the eligible participants during the campaign period.
(3) Winners will receive one redemption code for a free Tumi 19 Degree Aluminium International Carry-on (worth £1050), valid for 30 days upon the receipt of the code.
(4) We will notify the winners and send the redemption code by e-mail.
(5) Winners can redeem the free Tumi 19 Degree Aluminium International Carry-on by using the redemption code on oneplus.com or OnePlus Store app within the promotion territories. The redemption code is valid for 30 days upon the receipt of the code.
(6) Prizes cannot be returned or refunded for cash at any point of time.
(7) For the purpose of this prize promotion, we may process your email address. By entering this prize promotion, you are expressly consenting to the processing of your email address and being contacted by OnePlus via email for the purpose of the prize promotion. (8)Prizes will be issued in the form of redemption code on the release date of July 16.
• By accepting, holding or using a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, accepted and agreed to the full terms and conditions.
• The organizer reserves the right to alter any aspect of the event without prior intimation.
• The organizer, the venue and the ticketing company shall not be liable for any difficulties caused by an unauthorized copy or reproduction of this ticket and reserves the right to refuse entry to such ticket holders.
• No refund on a purchased ticket is possible, even in case of any rescheduling, unforeseen circumstances or force majeure conditions.
• Duplicate tickets will not be issued.
• Each ticket admits only 1 person.
• Rights of admission are reserved, even for valid ticket holders.
• Security procedures, including frisking, remain the right of the management.
• You agree that the creation, storage or use of any data or recordings, for any form of public advertisement, display, commercial gain or for any other purpose (except for your own enjoyment) is not permitted without prior written permission from OnePlus.
• Please do not carry dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, lighters, guns, fireworks, laser devices and bottles to the venue. We may have to evict these things (with or without you) from the venue.
• By virtue of purchasing a ticket, you agree and accept that entry to the launch event carries an inherent risk. To the extent permited by the applicable law, OnePlus shall not be responsible for any claims, demands, causes of action, injury, losses, liabilities and expenses resulting or arising as a result of the launch event or any part of it.
• OnePlus will not be held liable for claims that may arise due to the consumption or intake of any food or drink or any other products at the launch event.
• OnePlus and its affiliates hold the free right to use any photograph, video, graphic or other media form captured, shot or recorded by visitors at the festival and shared on public platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Blogs for usage including but not limited to commercial, advertising and branding purposes in perpetuity.
• The holder of this ticket grants OnePlus and its affiliates the right to use, in perpetuity, all or a part of the recording of any video or still footage made of the holder on any channel or magazine for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotions relating thereto without any further approval required of the holder.
• Areas at the launch event are built to capacity. OnePlus reserves the right to hold entry of ticket holders into the premises and certain areas of the festival till such time that the capacity opens up to safe limits to ensure a safe festival experience.
• As a holder of a ticket, you agree to follow the rules & regulations of the festival and basic norms of decency.
• Visitors to the festival are requested to acknowledge the personal space of others at the event. Any recordings of other visitors in the form of picture, video or audio recordings must not be captured and/or published on public platforms without their consent.
• OnePlus reserves the exclusive right without refund or other recourse, to refuse admission to anyone who is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions including, if necessary, evicting the holder/s of the ticket from the venue after they have entered the ground.
• First Aid will be provided. However, to the extent permited by the applicable law, OnePlus will not take any responsibility for any problems arising.
• In addition to the above, the rules of the venue apply.
