Terms and Conditions:

i. The exclusive warranty policy only covers the following OnePlus models – OnePlus 8, OnePlus 8 Pro, OnePlus 8T, OnePlus 9, OnePlus 9 Pro, OnePlus 9R, OnePlus 10 Pro, OnePlus N10, OnePlus N100, OnePlus Nord 1, OnePlus Nord 2, OnePlus Nord CE, and OnePlus Nord CE 2.

ii. Phones purchased from non-official sales channel in Malaysia and/ or were given non-OnePlus official warranty commitments, such as verbal commitments by dealers are warranty-void.

iii. Defects which are caused by the below conditions are warranty-void:

a) The phone that is damaged due to improper use (falling, squeezing, liquid damage, etc.);

b) Damage and malfunction due to uncontrollable external forces (such as floods, fires, earthquakes, lightning strikes and traffic accidents);

c) Failure to use and maintain the product according to the instructions that lead to damage or malfunction, such as use under extreme temperatures, use of non-ONEPLUS accessories, etc.;

d) Product natural wear and tear (for example: casing, buttons, display, accessories, etc.);

e) Disassembly, self-repair, modification, rooting and other human behavior that causes damage.

iv. Accessories including phone case and screen protector are not covered by this warranty.

v. OnePlus reserves the right of final interpretation.
