If an app that you have installed cannot be found on OnePlus desktop, try to find it by following these steps:
1. If there are many apps on your phone, you are advised to search for the app on the desktop.
Operation method: Swipe the screen upon any blank part of the main screen to call up Global Search, and enter the app name in the top search field to search for the app.
If the app cannot be found, you are advised to check whether the app has been uninstalled.
Operation method: Go to [Settings]-[Apps & notifications]-[See all apps].
2. If you cannot find the app in App Manager, the app may have been uninstalled or failed to install. Go to App Market to download and install the app.
If the app icon cannot be restored using the above methods, contact OnePlus Customer Service for assistance.
