1. This activity is valid from February 20, 2024 at 10:30 AM (UTC) through February 26, 2024 at 4:00 AM (UTC).

2. To participate this campaign, you need to have an OnePlus account.

3. The quiz has 5 questions.

4. Participants can only play the quiz once. Answer at least 2 of the 5 questions correctly to receive 100 RedCoins.

5. After answering the quiz correctly, participants will get a chance to win a free OnePlus Watch 2 in the form of a code redeemable on oneplus.com/ OnePlus Store App.

6. One(1) OnePlus Watch 2 prize will be awarded to a winner out of all the eligible participants randomly selected through the Campaign Territories after the Campaign Period ends.

7. A redeem code will be issued to your OnePlus account. If you may receive OnePlus marketing emails, the winner will also be notified by e-mail within 7 business days after this activity ends at the e-mail address linked with your OnePlus account at the time of entry.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The campaign is live from February 20, 2024 at 10:30 AM (UTC) to February 26, 2024 at 4:00 AM (UTC) ('Campaign Period'). In UK, the promoter is Unumplus Limited with registered address at 7 Albert Buildings, 49 Queen Victoria Street, London , EC4N 4SA. For the other EU countries, the promoter is Reflection Investment B.V., with its registered address at Hofplein 20,3032AC Rotterdam, Netherlands ('OnePlus' or 'Company'). By participating in this campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, so please read them carefully before you participate in the campaign and keep a copy for your records.

2.ELIGIBILITY

a) Subject to the Company’s reasonable discretion, the campaign is open to individuals over the age of eighteen (18) residing in and having a delivery address in the United Kingdom, Italy, Denmark, Poland, Finland, Netherlands, France, Sweden, Spain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, and Slovakia.

b) Participants are required to fulfill other requirements as outlined in the Rules.

3. AWARDS AND ALLOCATION:

b) Eligible participants who finish the OnePlus Watch 2 Exclusive Quiz and fulfill other requirements under this Terms and Conditions will get a chance to win a prize.

c) 999999 participants who answer at least 2 of the 5 questions correctly will be awarded automatically 100 RedCoins. Prizes for RedCoins are first-come-first-served. One (1) participant will be awarded a redeem code for one (1) OnePlus Watch 2. The OnePlus Watch 2 prize will be selected randomly from the participant pool after the Campaign Period ends.

d) The RedCoins and redeem code will be automatically issued to your OnePlus account. If the winner has agreed to receive oneplus marketing emails, the winner will also be notified by e-mail within 7 business days after this campaign ends at the e-mail address linked with your OnePlus account at the time of entry.

e) RedCoins will be valid for one year upon receipt which can be redeemed during product purchase or through RedCoins Center. For the use of RedCoins, the Terms of Use of RedCoins will apply.

f) The coupon may only be redeemed on oneplus.com or OnePlus Store app where the online purchase is available in the corresponding country before stocks run out. The coupon for OnePlus Watch 2 is valid for 3 months upon receipt.

g) The selected participants will automatically forfeit their claim to the Awards if they do not meet the eligibility criteria or do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

4. Awards are not transferable and not redeemable for cash, credit, or toward previous purchases.

5. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION:

By entering the campaign and submitting any other personal information, participants are expressly consenting to the processing of their personal information, such as username and email, by the Company for the campaign or any associated announcement by Company or its affiliates. In Europe, the Company’s Privacy Policy for OnePlus Online Store Privacy Policy will apply.

6. GENERAL LIABILITY RELEASE:

By participating in this campaign, participants release Company, its employees, agents, affiliates, and assigns from any liability whatsoever, on any theory, and waive any claims and causes of action arising from or related to this campaign and/or fulfillment and/or use of the RedCoins, coupons or redeem code, to the extent permitted by applicable law. However, nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any person’s or entity’s liability caused by their negligence or any other liability which may not be limited as a matter of law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES RESOLUTION:

a) Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales (or by mandatory local laws, if applicable). Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects the rights of the consumer to rely on the mandatory local law.

b) You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London to resolve any disputes that may arise. You may enforce your consumer protection rights according to the applicable local law.

8. MISCELLANEOUS:

a) If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that is legally possible and comes as close as possible to the invalid provision in terms of content. The same applies to any loopholes.

b) OnePlus is entitled to exclude participants from this campaign who violate these Terms and Conditions, provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information, use unfair means, and/or try to manipulate the election result. In addition, participation in the campaign via dubious, fake accounts is not permitted. If there is a reason for exclusion, OnePlus is entitled to withdraw the awards, reclaim the awards that have already been handed out, or demand compensation for the value.

c) OnePlus is entitled to early end or postpone the campaign. This applies in particular to cases of force majeure and if proper execution of the campaign cannot be guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons.

d) The participants agree that any tax (including the income tax) or another charge payable in conjunction with the awards is the sole responsibility of the participants unless otherwise required by the applicable law.
