These OnePlus Flash Sale Campaign Terms and Conditions and the OnePlus Rules of Contest (https://www.oneplus.com/legal/terms-and-conditions, together referred as the “Terms and Conditions”) apply when you participate in this OnePlus Flash Sale Campaign. By participate in the Campaign, the Participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, so please read them carefully before you participate in the Campaign and keep a copy for your records.

Eligibility

1. To be eligible to participate in the Campaign you must be an individual resident (aged 18+) of Europe, residing in eligible regions in Europe during the Campaign Period (“Participant”, “You”, “Your” or “Yours”).

How to participate in this Campaign

2. Process:

1) Each participant has to sign in the registered OnePlus account to join the Campaign.

2) Each participant can purchase the designated products which are displayed on the both flash sale page and product purchase page under the displayed purchase price.

3) Limited quantities available. The Campaign shall end when the available stock are all sold out, even though the time is still within the Campaign Period.

4) No price adjustments for the previous orders.

5) It can’t be combined with any other offers or discounts.

6) Flash Sale Campaign does not support earning or redeeming RedCoins.

Privacy and Data Protection

3. The Promoter’s use of any personal information submitted by the Participant shall be limited to communications about the Promotion and for managing the process.
