What payment method do you accept?
We accept all PayPal AND major credit cards. You can pay with a PayPal account (PayPal credit is available for U.S. customers only) or use your credit card.

How long does shipping take?
Once your order has been processed, it will take 3-5 business days. Shipping times may vary for remote areas Please note: These shipping time frames are only guaranteed under normal circumstances. Shipping times may be delayed due to uncontrollable circumstances such as weather delays, customs, etc.
What's the process for return and replacement?
If you are not satisfied with your OnePlus product(s) for any reason, you may request a return within 15 calendar days of delivery.
To do so, please submit a support ticket requesting the return or replacement, and our support agents will guide you through the Return Merchandise Authorization process.
To qualify for a replacement or refund, devices must be in "as new" condition and with the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the Product returned is deemed to have been damaged.
Aftersales services such as repair and replacement for phones bought during the Soft Launch will take longer than they typically do in other countries. The average time would be at least 12 to 13 days.
