Teilnahmeberechtigung

Anyone who meets all of the following conditions is eligible to participate in the OnePlus Referral Program:

1. Has a valid OnePlus Account ID.
2. Purchased a OnePlus smartphone. Please note the following:

• Wenn das Gerät auf oneplus.com oder in der OnePlus Store-App gekauft wurde, wird der Empfehlungslink automatisch in deinem Konto erstellt.
• If the device was purchased from OnePlus Experience Store or other OnePlus official channels, the referral link will be created after the user verifies the IMEI number of the OnePlus device on oneplus.net.

Wie du Punkte einlösen kannst

Um Punkte einzulösen, besucht der OnePlus Besitzer dann einfach die Empfehlungsseite. Der OnePlus Besitzer kann seine Empfehlungspunkte für Gutscheine, OnePlus Zubehör und andere Produkte einsetzen. Die Empfehlungspunkte sind bis zum 31. Dezember 2021 gültig. Nach dem 31. Dezember 2021 werden alle verbleibenden Empfehlungs-Punkte ungültig, die nicht mehr für irgendwelche Zwecke verwendet werden dürfen.

Gutscheinbedingungen

1. Die Gutscheine, die durch verschiedene Empfehlungslinks erhalten werden, sind unterschiedlich und ändern sich mit der Veranstaltung.
2. Du kannst nur einen Gutscheincode auf jede Bestellung anwenden.
3. Wenn du eine Bestellung stornierst oder eine Erstattung anforderst, werden angewandte Gutscheincodes auf dein Konto zurückgebucht.
4. Gutschein kann nicht in Bargeld umgetauscht werden.
5. OnePlus behält sich das Recht vor, die Verwendung aller ausgestellten Gutscheine zu widerrufen oder neu zu bewerten.

Sharing Referral Links

Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes, and only shared with personal connections that will appreciate receiving these invitations. Referral links should not be published or distributed where there is no reasonable basis for believing that all or most of the recipients are personal friends (such as voucher websites, Reddit, or Wikipedia).

Referred friend(s) will get a voucher that will have discounts for accessories/ gear when purchased with a phone.

Änderungen bei Punkten und dem Wert der Gutscheine 

OnePlus may modify the points of each referral (if applicable) and the value of vouchers after posting on the OnePlus website, which are effective upon announcement.

Mehrere Empfehlungen 

The friend referred to the Program may only use one referral link. If a referee receives links from multiple OnePlus users, only the first used by the referee will receive the corresponding vouchers.

Datenschutzrichtlinie

The relationship data between OnePlus users and the referred friends will be stored by OnePlus and visible to OnePlus users. The information includes who has used the referral and referral points or vouchers awarded for each referral.
Personal information we collect may be used for administering the OnePlus Referral Program ("Program") and will only be used for the purposes stated in these Terms and Conditions or other directly related purposes. In addition, you expressly agree to our collection and usage of your personal information for the purposes of administering and operating the Program. Our Privacy Policy [https://oneplus.com/privacy-and-legal] will apply to this Program and to all personal information collected in this Program.

Salvatorische Klausel

Sollte eine Bestimmung dieser Bedingungen ungültig, nichtig oder nicht durchsetzbar sein, wird diese Bestimmung (oder der Teil davon, durch den sie ungültig, nichtig oder nicht durchsetzbar ist) gestrichen; die Gültigkeit und Durchsetzbarkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen bleiben hiervon unberührt..

Beendigung und Änderungen

OnePlus may suspend or terminate the Referral Program or a user’s ability to participate in the Referral Program at any time for any reason.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove points if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the OnePlus Terms of Service. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
The scope, variety, and type of services and products that you may obtain by redeeming points or using voucher can change at any time.

Aktualisierungen der Bedingungen

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the OnePlus website or services, and such modified terms shall be effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Referral Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
