When will I receive the Protection Plan invoice?
The invoice of the Protection Plan will be emailed by Servify after the order is completed.
How to claim in case of a damage?
1、Raise a request in the OnePlus Care App or Servify web portal https://oneplus.servify.tech/
2、Answer a few questions on the incident
3、On approval, schedule a pick-up of damaged device
4、Device will be repaired at an authorized service center and sent back to you
How replacement benefit are claimed?
Replacement benefit claim process：Call the Call Center(+1 833 777 3633)——Send the mobile phone and external charger to the specified address——Waiting to be tested by an engineer——Received a new device from the Oneline store after passing the test

How much do I need to pay?
If the damage repair is covered under the plan (subject to fulfillment of all mandatory conditions), you only pay: 1、Replacement Benefits No additional cost for claim
2、Deductibles for the rest of the protection plan are subject to Servify's rules, except for the replacement benefit.
3、Any other charges not covered under the plan, the charges would be notified to you before repair.

The complete process takes about 7-15 business days (subject to parts availability) from the time you submit all the documents.
