When will I receive the Protection Plan invoice?
The invoice of the Protection Plan will be emailed by Servify after the order is completed.
How to claim in case of a damage?
1、Raise a request in the OnePlus Care App or Servify web portal https://oneplus.servify.tech/
2、Answer a few questions on the incident
3、On approval, schedule a pick-up of damaged device
4、Device will be repaired at an authorized service center and sent back to you
How much do I need to pay?
If the damage repair is covered under the plan (subject to fulfillment of all mandatory conditions), you only pay: 1、$29 for a screen damage replacement and $99 for damages other than screen or replacement of the device.
2、Any other charges not covered under the plan, the charges would be notified to you before repair.
How long will it take?
The complete process takes about 7-15 business days (subject to parts availability) from the time you submit all the documents.
