By entering the campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ('T&Cs').

1. Campaign duration: from October 17th, 2025 at 14:00 BST to November 12th, 2025 at 23:59 GMT.

2. Eligible Participants: Participants who are over the age of eighteen (18) and complete the subscription on the following page: https://www.oneplus.com/launch/oneplus-15 in United Kingdom, Germany, Greece, Italy, Denmark, Poland, Finland, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Sweden, Spain, Austria, Bulgaria, Czechia, Hungary, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovenia, Belgium, Croatia, Portugal and Romania or Slovakia ('campaign territories'), residing in and having a delivery address in the campaign territories during the campaign period. Limited to one subscription per person. You may not subscribe more times than indicated by using multiple accounts, email addresses, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.

3. Participants who subscribe on https://www.oneplus.com/launch/oneplus-15 in the campaign duration will receive a £138.98 discount coupon for OnePlus 15 Bonus Drop Bundle, which will be automatically issued to your OnePlus account. The OnePlus 15 Bonus Drop Bundle coupon is valid until the OnePlus 15 Bonus Drop Bundle is out of stock and latest on November 12th, 2025 at 23:59 GMT. This coupon is valid for one-time use only and cannot be combined with any other promotion code, discounts, or offer.

4. The number of OnePlus 15 Bonus Drop Bundle is limited to 2,000 units. 7. If any provision of these T&Cs is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that is legally possible and comes as close as possible to the invalid provision in terms of content. The same applies to any loopholes.

8. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, the participants agree that any tax (including the income tax) or other charge payable in conjunction with the gifts/prizes is the sole responsibility of the participants.

9. Other Important Notes

(1) Each participant may participate using only one account.. Any account linked by the same OnePlus account, phone number, or mobile device will be regarded as belonging to the same participant. If it is found that the same participant has participated in this campaign using different accounts, OnePlus reserves the right to exclude the participant from this campaign.

(2) OnePlus is entitled to exclude participants from this campaign who violate these T&Cs, and/or provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information, use unfair means, and/or try to manipulate the campaign result, including but not limited to cheating, malicious exploitation, use of automated scripts or bots, fake review, fake transactions, system disruption, or cyberattacks. In addition, it is not permitted to participate in the campaign via dubious or fake accounts, such as account registered with phone numbers hoarded by illegal operations, scam phone numbers or email accounts, or abnormal phone number segments. If there is a reason for exclusion, OnePlus is entitled to withdraw the coupon, reclaim the coupon that has already been handed out, or demand compensation for the value. If any losses are incurred by OnePlus or a third party as a result of the participant's actions, OnePlus reserves the right to seek compensation from the participant.

(3) OnePlus is entitled to early end or postpone the campaign. This applies in particular to cases of force majeure or If proper execution of the campaign cannot be guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons, including but not limited to natural disasters, government order, widespread fraudulent activity during the campaign, severe cyberattacks, or system failures to the campaign platform or related systems. OnePlus reserves the right to vary the T&Cs of the campaign with reasonable justification.
