The Campaign is promoted by:
1) for the UK: Unumplus Limited, with registered address at 7 Albert Buildings, 49 Queen Victoria Street, London , EC4N 4SA;
2) for other EU countries: Reflection Investment B.V., with its registered address at Hofplein 20,3032AC Rotterdam, Netherlands (collectively OnePlus” or “we”).
The Campaign is the OnePlus Anti Burnout Box Giveaway (the “Campaign”).
Campaign Period: The Campaign will commence on the 4th November 11:00 GMT, 12:00 CET. The closing date and time shall be 13th November, 14:00 GMT, 15:00 CET (the “Campaign Period”).
There will be one round of entry.
To be eligible to participate in the Campaign, you must be an individual resident (aged 18+) of the Europe (“Campaign Country”), who is residing in the Campaign Country during the Campaign Period (“Participant”, “You”, “Your” or “Yours”).
Employees of OnePlus, their relatives and other persons involved in the conception and implementation of this Campaign are excluded from participation.
To enter the Campaign, participants must:
- Enter a valid email address into the Campaign entry box.
- Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries or entries from multiple accounts will be void.
- No purchase is necessary to enter. Internet access is required.
Prohibited entries:
- Entries containing defamatory, obscene, illegal, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate content will be disqualified.
- Entries submitted via agents or third parties are invalid.
All valid subscription entries will automatically be entered into the prize draw. Winner will be selected at random.
Prize: The winner will be selected at random by an automated process or independent adjudicator. The winner will receive One (1) "Anti-burnout Box".

Note:
The OnePlus 15 device colour (Infinite Black, Sand Storm, Ultra Violet) will be randomly allocated.
All prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, prizes may be substituted for equal or greater value.
Prizes do not include travel or any expenses.
The winner will be contacted directly via the email address provided.
The winner must reply to the email with valid shipping/contact details within 7 days of receipt to claim their prize (a “Claim”). Failure to respond will result in forfeiture of the prize.
The prize will be shipped within 45 days of the final winner claiming their prize.
The entity responsible for the processing of your data is the Promoter.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and/or the Data Protection Act 2018, the lawful basis for processing your data is the performance of our obligations in administering the Campaign and our legitimate interest in ensuring fair participation. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, each participant consents to the incorporation of their personal data into a file owned by the Promoter. The purpose of this file is to manage the Campaign, process prize delivery, communicate results, and prevent fraud or multiple entries.
You may exercise your rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, or withdraw consent by contacting:

The Promoter will retain winner data for 3 months for customer service purposes. Participants have the right to file a complaint with a Supervisory Authority if they believe their data rights have been violated.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Invalid provisions will be replaced by provisions closest in meaning and enforceability.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, or incomplete entries due to technical failures or network issues.
We reserve the right to exclude participants who violate these Terms and Conditions, provide false or misleading information, or manipulate the outcome. Use of fake accounts or unfair methods will lead to disqualification and potential prize withdrawal or recovery.
We reserve the right to cancel, terminate or amend the Campaign due to unforeseen circumstances, including force majeure, technical issues, or legal obligations.
Any taxes or charges arising from receipt of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
This Campaign is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under local consumer protection laws.
