Earphones Malfunction

Use another available earphone to test if it is works;

If the issue occurs in a 3rd-party application, reinstall app;

If unresolved, clear data and cache of the app, [long press on APP icon]-[App info]-[Storage & cache]-[CLEAR DATA/CLEAR CACHE];

If the issue occurs in a call, try to go to [CALL HISTORY]-[Settings] -[Accessibility]-[TTY mode]-[TTY Off].

Update your phone to the latest software version and reboot phone to check;

If not, reset your device after back up, go to [settings]- [Backup&reset]-[factory data reset]-[reset phone].
