FREE GIFTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This campaign is brought to you by 1) for the UK: Unumplus Limited with registered address at 7 Albert Buildings, 49 Queen Victoria Street, London, EC4N 4SA; 2) for EU countries: Reflection Investment B.V., with its registered address at Hofplein 20, 3032AC Rotterdam, Netherlands (collectively 'OnePlus' or 'we'). By entering the campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ('T&Cs').

2. The free gift campaign for OnePlus 15 will be live from Novermber 13, 2025 to December 12, 2025 or while stock lasts ('campaign period').

3. Eligible Participants: Participants who are over the age of eighteen (18) in United Kingdom, Italy, Belgium, Croatia, Portugal, Romania, Germany, Greece, Denmark, Poland, Finland, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Sweden, Spain, Austria, Bulgaria, Czechia, Hungary, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovenia, or Slovakia ('campaign territories'), residing in and having a delivery address in the campaign territories during the campaign period.

4. Eligible Participants who purchase OnePlus 15 on oneplus.com or OnePlus Store app in campaign territory within the campaign period may select one free gift from the following options:

The amount of these free gifts are limited. First come, first served.

Note: the Participant in the OnePlus 15 Early Bird Campaign will not receive another free gift mentioned above.

5. A total of 100 pcs of DJI Osmo Mobile 7 Handheld Gimbal are available for the launch day. The first 100 eligible Participants, who complete the payment of OnePlus 15 on the launch day successfully, will each receive one (1) DJI Osmo Mobile 7 Handheld Gimbal per order. First come, first served.

Participant will receive a coupon to redeem DJI Osmo Mobile 7 Handheld Gimbal after the return period of OnePlus 15 has end. The link of of the coupon and the redemption will be sent in one email to inform the Participant.
UK Participants could redeem the gift from Dec 25th, 2025 to Jan 25th, 2026.
In other countries in the Europe, Participants could redeem the gift from Dec 10th, 2025 to Jan 10th, 2026.

6. During the order process, Participants will be prompted to select a 'free gift' to add to their basket. OnePlus 15 and your gifts may be shipped separately.

7. If an order is cancelled or withdrawn, whether before or after the product is dispatched, any associated gift should be cancelled or returned as well. If applicable, compensation for the value of the gift may be required.

8. Please note that DJI will handle all after-sales service for the DJI Osmo Mobile 7 Handheld Gimbal. In case of assistance, learn more on the website: https://www.dji.com/support/repair.

9. If any provision of these T&Cs is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that is legally possible and comes as close as possible to the invalid provision in terms of content. The same applies to any loopholes.

10. OnePlus is entitled to exclude participants from this campaign who violate these T&Cs, provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information, use unfair means, and/or try to manipulate the result. In addition, participation in the campaign via dubious, fake accounts is not permitted. If there is a reason for exclusion, OnePlus is entitled to withdraw the gift, reclaim the gift that has already been handed out, or demand compensation for the value.

11. We reserve the right to end the campaign prematurely, to extend it or to change these Terms and Conditions. This applies in particular to cases of force majeure, an unexpectedly high demand for promotional devices and in the event that proper implementation of the promotion cannot be guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons.
