What is covered under OnePlus Secure ?

- Covers any mechanical and electrical breakdown or defects to the extent provided by the manufacturer`s warranty.

- Plan is valid for 6 months (as applicable) from the expiry of the original manufacturer's warranty.

- The plan should be purchased within 250 days from the date of purchase of the original OnePlus 3T device.

When will I receive the Protection Plan Invoice and Activation Code?

If the order includes both OnePlus products & Servify Protection Plan, the Protection Plan Invoice will be emailed by Servify after the order is completed. The activation code will be emailed & SMSed by Servify after the order is dispatched.

If the order only includes Servify Protection Plan, there’ll be no physical shipment. The Protection Plan Invoice will be emailed, and the activation code will be emailed & SMSed by Servify after the order is completed.

How to Activate?

Easy 3-Step Activation Process

Step 1: You will receive an activation code and an app download link on your registered Email ID & Mobile Number

Step 2: Download the app and activate your plan following the instructions

Step 3: Upload your OnePlus 3T invoice & your ID proof (PAN, Passport, Driving License)

The activation process must be completed within 7 days of purchasing the Plan

How To Claim In Case of Damage?

- Raise a request in the OnePlus Care App/ Servify website

- Answer a few questions on the incident

- On approval, schedule a pick up of damaged device

- Device is repaired at an Authorized Service Centre and delivered back to you!
