Detaljerade regler för inlämnade bidrag
1. Deltagarna kan välja att delta i 1–3 tävlingskategorier med högst 15 tävlingsbidrag per kategori.
2. Tävlingsbidragen måste innehålla fullständig EXIF-information. Om EXIF-information saknas kan det påverka bedömningsprocessen och resultaten.
3. Tävlingsbidrag kan skickas tilflera tävlingskategorier men ett bidrag kan bara vinna i en kategori.
4. Tävlingsbidrag får inte vara tagna före 7 februari 2023, kl. 23:59 (UTC+8).
5. Tävlingsbidragen måste ha formaten JPG, JPEG, PNG, DNG, HEIC och HEIF, och filstorleken bör vara större än 3 MB men inte överstiga 10 MB.
6. Tävlingsbidragen måste vara tagna och redigerade av deltagarna själva. Det är strängt förbjudet att använda bildbehandlingsprogram, automatiserade verktyg eller AI-verktyg för att generera, redigera eller förbättra innehållet i bilderna. Det är bara grundläggande redigering, som ljusstyrka, kontrast, vitbalans och färgmättnad, via installerade redigeringsappar för mobiltelefoner som är tillåtna. Winner Announcement and Prize Distribution

Statistical Analysis

(hereinafter referred to as 'OnePlus', 'the Sponsor', 'the Committee', 'we', 'us', or 'our'). Please read and fully understand these Terms and Conditions before participating. The terms 'You' or 'Your' as used herein may also refer to 'Participants,' 'Winners,' or 'Winning Users' as relevant within the context. Please pay particular attention to the Rules, License Clauses, Disclaimer and Liability Restriction Clause, and Dispute Resolution Clause. General Clauses
You are qualified for the Awards only if you are eighteen (18) years old.

Where relevant laws and regulations permit, the Sponsor shall have the final right to interpret all the relevant matters of the Awards, including but not limited to the standard terms and conditions of the contest rules of the Awards, and the final results by the judge panel shall have the binding force on this contest. Participation in the contest indicates that the participant fully understands and agrees with these Terms and Conditions of the Awards and the decision by the judge panel.
In case any violation of these Terms and Conditions occurs, the Sponsor shall have the right to disqualify the participant from any awards. In the event that any disqualification, legal disputes and other adverse consequences arise from the breach of these Terms and Conditions by any of the participants, he or she shall undertake all liabilities by him or herself, and the Sponsor disclaims any and all liability arising from the aforesaid dispute.
OnePlus reserves the right to adjust the contest rules and these Terms and Conditions in a reasonable range in accordance with the relevant criteria and common practices of similar contests. If the adjustment involves substantial changes, which will affect your rights and obligations, OnePlus will inform you in a proper manner. You are expected to check these Terms and Conditions regularly to ensure your understanding of any alterations by OnePlus. Your continued use of the website after the alteration of the rules means that you accept to be bound by the alterations or/and modifications to these Terms and Conditions.
Dispute Resolution Clause
Any disputes arising from or related to the contest shall be settled through friendly negotiations. Should such dispute fail to be settled through friendly negotiations within five (5) days after the start date of the negotiation, both parties agree to submit such dispute to a People’s Court with jurisdiction of Futian District, Shenzhen, Guang Dong Province, China for litigation. (hereinafter referred to as 'OnePlus', 'the Sponsor', 'the Committee', 'we', 'us', or 'our'). Please read and fully understand these Terms and Conditions before participating. The terms 'You' or 'Your' as used herein may also refer to 'Participants,' 'Winners,' or 'Winning Users' as relevant within the context. Please pay particular attention to the Rules, License Clauses, Disclaimer and Liability Restriction Clause, and Dispute Resolution Clause. General Clauses
You are qualified for the Awards only if you are eighteen (18) years old.
You have the right to opt for or against participation in the Awards. Your part or full participation in the Awards will be deemed to fully understand and agree with the entire content of these Terms and Conditions, including the rules and the interpretations stipulated herein.
The judging process in the Awards apply only to the entries that comply with the rules. Participants shall be held responsible for any adverse consequences arising from their failure to comply with the relevant laws and regulations and the rules.

Vem är kvalificerad att delta i OnePlus Photography Awards 2025?
• Smartphone-användare över hela världen som har fulmöjlighet tilmedborgerligt uppförande enligt lagar och förordningar i landet eller regionen där de är bosatta. Tävlingsbidrag i 'OnePlus-gruppen' måste vara tagna med OnePlus-smartphones, utan krav på modell, medan tävlingsbidrag i 'allmänna gruppen' inte har några krav på smartphonens varumärke eller modell.
Detaljerade regler för inlämnade bidrag
1. Deltagarna kan välja att delta i 1–3 tävlingskategorier med högst 15 tävlingsbidrag per kategori.
2. Tävlingsbidragen måste innehålla fullständig EXIF-information. Om EXIF-information saknas kan det påverka bedömningsprocessen och resultaten.
3. Tävlingsbidrag kan skickas tilflera tävlingskategorier men ett bidrag kan bara vinna i en kategori.
4. Tävlingsbidrag får inte vara tagna före 7 februari 2023, kl. 23:59 (UTC+8).
5. Tävlingsbidragen måste ha formaten JPG, JPEG, PNG, DNG, HEIC och HEIF, och filstorleken bör vara större än 3 MB men inte överstiga 10 MB.
6. Tävlingsbidragen måste vara tagna och redigerade av deltagarna själva. Det är strängt förbjudet att använda bildbehandlingsprogram, automatiserade verktyg eller AI-verktyg för att generera, redigera eller förbättra innehållet i bilderna. Det är bara grundläggande redigering, som ljusstyrka, kontrast, vitbalans och färgmättnad, via installerade redigeringsappar för mobiltelefoner som är tillåtna. Sammansättningar och andra ändringar som ändrar det ursprungliga innehållet är strängt förbjudna.
7. Bidrag som har vunnit priser i andra fototävlingar (inklusive tävlingar i sociala medier) eller har publicerats (förutom gratis delning och återpublicering på sociala medieplattformar) är inte berättigade att delta.
8. Om ett bidrag vinner pris i en annan fototävling eller publiceras (exklusive gratis delning och återpublicering på sociala medieplattformar), innan vinnarpresentationen 19 augusti 2025, är inte bidraget kvalificerat längre. Sponsorn förbehåller sig rätten att diskvalificera bidraget och annullera dess relaterade rättigheter, kvalifikationer och utmärkelser om bidraget vinner pris i '2025 OnePlus Photography Awards'.

4. Bidrag får inte innehålla materiasom sprider fördomar om några grupper eller individer eller diskriminering av någon ras, eller visar hat eller skada; eller materiasom stöder diskriminering av någon ras, religion, nationalitet, handikapp, sexuelläggning eller ålder.
5. Bidrag får inte innehålla materiasom är olagligt, bryter mot lagar eller överträder regler och förordningar eller sociala eller moraliska värderingar (om tillämpligt) i någon jurisdiktion där bidraget skapades och skickades in.

Vinnarna presenteras
1. Resultaten presenteras 19 augusti 2025. En två veckor lång publiceringsperiod för resultaten görs för offentlig kontroll.
2. Vinnarna presenteras på den officiella webbplatsen. Efter publiceringsperioden informerar juryn vinnarna via SMS, telefon eller e-post.
3. l Om du har feedback eller frågor om resultaten kan du skicka e-post tiljuryn via adressen photoawards@oneplus.com. Ingen feedback accepteras efter publiceringsperioden för resultaten. Om några överträdelser upptäcks under denna period kommer de felaktiga bidragen att diskvalificeras, och utmärkelserna ges i stället tilandra deltagare. Deltagarna som brutit mot reglerna ska hållas juridiskt ansvariga för sådana överträdelser. 4. The '2025 OnePlus Photography Awards' is a global contest. If your entry is selected by the Sponsor as an outstanding entry, the entry and related information will be publicly showcased. Other users can view your entry, along with your nickname and other necessary information, through the '2025 OnePlus Photography Awards' website and OnePlus official channels, as well as through official partners and authorized third-parties. The participants shall agree to give non-exclusive, non-revocable and non-transferable authorization to the Sponsor and the affiliated entities and the authorized third-parties to use their entries as from the submission date as part of the activities and materials to promote the Awards and OnePlus Imaging Capability for free (3 years, from 00:00 February 7, 2025 to 23:59 February 7, 2028, UTC +8. You agree that your entries are not required to be deleted from any media after the licensed period as long as they are not actively advertised.), and to use the entries for the global online media, print media, printed materials, photography exhibitions, retail shops, roadshows, digital media, outdoor media, among other channels to introduce the Awards and its content.
