1.The campaign is valid from December 2nd, 2024 at 11:00 CET through December 24th, 2024 at 14:00 CET.
2.ELIGIBILITY:
Eligible participants are individuals who
(1) är över arton (18) år; och
(2) reside in United Kingdom, Italy, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Luxembourg, France, Sweden, Spain, Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Belgium, Hungary, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Romania, Portugal, Greece, Croatia, Lithuania, Slovenia, or Slovakia (“campaign territories”) and have a delivery address in the campaign territories during the campaign period;
3. Subscribed users can invite friends. We highly recommend that you only invite friends who are interested in the products or service of OnePlus. All subscribed users can be reached later via email.
4. Upon event completion, the inviter ranks Top 10 with more than 30 invitees can win the prizes of follows, and Top 10 get RedCoins rewards.

5. Winners can check their prize information on the event page's View More section. Prizes will be issued as gift coupons to the winner's OnePlus account and RedCoins will credited to the winner's OnePlus account directly.
6. Winners can redeem the Gift Coupons on oneplus.com or OnePlus Store app within the contest territories, and while stock lasts. The redemption code is valid within 90 days after the launch of the new product. Products that have been released are valid within 90 days after receiving the coupon. Please redeem your prize in time. The coupon is valid for one-time use only and cannot be combined with any other promotion code, discounts, or offer.

10. Om någon bestämmelse i dessa villkor (“T&Cs”) är eller blir ogiltig helt eller delvis, ska detta inte påverka giltigheten av de återstående bestämmelserna. En ogiltig bestämmelse ska ersättas av en bestämmelse som är juridiskt möjlig och som kommer så nära den ogiltiga bestämmelsen som möjligt i T&Cs. Detsamma gäller eventuella kryphål.
11. OnePlus har rätt att utesluta deltagare från denna kampanj som bryter mot dessa villkor, lämnar falsk, vilseledande eller bedräglig information, använder orättvisa medel och/eller försöker manipulera valresultatet. Dessutom är deltagande i kampanjen via tvivelaktiga, falska konton inte tillåtet. Om det finns anledning till uteslutning har OnePlus rätt att dra tillbaka priset, kräva tillbaka redan utdelade priser eller kräva ersättning för värdet.
12. OnePlus har rätt att avsluta eller uppskjuta kampanjen i förtid. Detta gäller särskilt i fall av force majeure och om korrekt genomförande av kampanjen inte kan garanteras av tekniska och/eller juridiska skäl. OnePlus förbehåller sig rätten att ändra kampanjens villkor med rimlig motivering.
13. I den utsträckning som tillämplig lag tillåter, samtycker deltagarna till att alla skatter (inklusive inkomstskatt) eller andra avgifter som ska betalas i samband med priset är deltagarnas enda ansvar.
