  • How to claim in case of a damage?

    1、 Raise a request in the OnePlus Care App or Servify web portal https://oneplus.servify.tech/
    2、 Answer a few questions on the incident
    3、 On approval, schedule a pick-up of damaged device
    4、 Device will be repaired at an authorized service center and sent back to you

  • How replacement benefit are claimed?

    If the damage repair is covered under the plan (subject to fulfillment of all mandatory conditions), you only pay: 1、 Replacement Benefits No additional cost for claim
    2、 Deductibles for the rest of the protection plan are subject to Servify's rules, except for the replacement benefit.
    3、 Any other charges not covered under the plan, the charges would be notified to you before repair.
