OnePlus Fun Quiz Campaign
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This campaign is brought to you by 1) for the UK: Unumplus Limited with registered address at 7 Albert Buildings, 49 Queen Victoria Street, London, EC4N 4SA; 2) for EU countries: Reflection Investment B.V., with its registered address at Hofplein 20, 3032AC Rotterdam, Netherlands (collectively 'OnePlus' or 'we'). By entering the campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ('T&Cs').
1. Rules:
(1). Campaign Periods: Beginning on February 10, 2025 at 2:00 PM CET through February 18, 2025 at 2:00 PM CET.
(2). Eligible Participants: Participants must be over the age of eighteen (18). Participants must also be resident in and have a delievery address in the Campaign Territories (United Kingdom, Italy, Denmark, Poland, Finland, Netherlands, France, Sweden, Spain, Austria,Bulgaria, Czech, Estonia, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Slovenia and Slovakia) during the campaign period. Participants should have a OnePlus account to participate the campaign.
(3). Participation is limited to one entry for quiz per person.
(4).Participants who finish the 6 questions in the OnePlus Fun Quiz during the campaign period have a chance to win one prize. Participants will own one more chance to the lucky draw once he click the 'Subscribe for another chance to win!' on the quiz result page and subscribe the OnePlus Watch 3 launch event successefully. After that, you will not get additional chance to participate the lucky draw.
(5).Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible participants to win the following prize:
One (1) winner will respectively receive one (1) redeem code for Free OnePlus Pad 2.
Two (2) winners will respectively receive one (1) redeem code for Free OnePlus Buds 3.
Other participants will receive 10 RedCoins or a 30 € off on OnePlus Watch 3.
(6). Each participant can only win each coupons at most once in the game.
(7).The redemption code, coupon or RedCoin will be automatically issued to your OnePlus account.
(8).Winners can use redeem code and coupon on oneplus.com or OnePlus Store App within the campaign territories, and while stock lasts. The valid date for the redeem code and the coupon is until 31st March upon your receipt. RedCoins obtained are valid for 1 year.
(9).Prizes cannot be returned or refunded for cash at any point of time.
(10).We may process your OnePlus account information and, if you subscribe, your email address, for the purpose of the campaign. For other information, please refer to our Privacy Policy at https://www.oneplus.com/uk/legal/privacy-policy-store.
2. If any provision of these T&Cs is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that is legally possible and comes as close as possible to the invalid provision in terms of content. The same applies to any loopholes.

3. OnePlus is entitled to exclude participants from this campaign who violate these T&Cs, and/or provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information, use unfair means, and/or try to manipulate the campaign result. In addition, participation in the campaign via dubious, fake accounts is not permitted. If there is a reason for exclusion, OnePlus is entitled to withdraw the awards, reclaim the awards that have already been handed out, or demand compensation for the value.
4. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, the participants and/or the winners agree that any tax (including the income tax) or other charge payable in conjunction with the gifts/prizes is the sole responsibility of the participants or the winners.
5. OnePlus is entitled to early end or postpone the campaign. This applies in particular to cases of force majeure and if proper execution of the campaign cannot be guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons. OnePlus reserves the right to vary the T&Cs of the campaign with reasonable justification.
