This campaign is brought to you by Reflection Investment B.V., with its registered address at Hofplein 20, 3032AC Rotterdam, Netherlands (collectively 'OnePlus' or 'we'). By entering the campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ('T&Cs').

1. Campaign duration: from May 19, 2025 at 10:00 AM CEST to June 5, 2025 at 8:30 AM CEST.

2. Eligible Participants: Participants who are over the age of eighteen (18) and complete the subscription on the following page: https://www.oneplus.com/launch/pad-3 in Belgium, Croatia, Portugal and Romania (“campaign territories”), residing in and having a delivery address in the campaign territories during the campaign period. Limited to one entry per person. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple accounts, email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.

3. Participants who subscribe on https://www.oneplus.com/launch/pad-3 in the campaign duration will receive a €30 discount coupon with a purchase of €300 or more on IoT and accessories. The coupon will be automatically issued to your OnePlus account. This coupon is valid until June 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM CEST. This coupon is valid for the products: OnePlus Pad 2, OnePlus Pad Go, OnePlus Watch 3, OnePlus Watch 2, OnePlus Watch 2R, OnePlus Buds Pro 3, OnePlus Nord Buds 3 Pro and all accessories. This coupon can not be used in conjunction with flash sale, other coupons, or limited-time offers.

4. We may process your email address and OnePlus account for the purpose of the campaign. For other information, please refer to our Privacy Policy at https://www.oneplus.com/legal/privacy-policy-store.

5. If any provision of these T&Cs is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that is legally possible and comes as close as possible to the invalid provision in terms of content. The same applies to any loopholes.

6. OnePlus is entitled to exclude participants from this campaign who violate these T&Cs, and/or provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information, use unfair means, and/or try to manipulate the campaign result. In addition, participation in the campaign via dubious, fake accounts is not permitted. If there is a reason for exclusion, OnePlus is entitled to withdraw the awards, reclaim the awards that have already been handed out, or demand compensation for the value.

7. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, the participants and/or the winners agree that any tax (including the income tax) or other charge payable in conjunction with the gifts/prizes is the sole responsibility of the participants or the winners.

8. OnePlus is entitled to early end or postpone the campaign. This applies in particular to cases of force majeure and if proper execution of the campaign cannot be guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons. OnePlus reserves the right to vary the T&Cs of the campaign with reasonable justification.
