SUBSCRIBE CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This campaign is brought to you by Reflection Investment B.V., with its registered address at Hofplein 20, 3032AC Rotterdam, Netherlands (collectively 'OnePlus' or 'we'). By entering the campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ('T&Cs').
1. Campaign duration: from November 17, 2025 2:00 PM CET to December 17, 2025 till the launch event.
2. Eligible Participants: Participants who are over the age of eighteen (18) and complete the subscription on the following page: https://www.oneplus.com/launch/oneplus-15r in Belgium, Croatia, Portugal and Romania ( 'campaign territories' ), residing in and having a delivery address in the campaign territories during the campaign period.
3. Limited to one entry per person. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple accounts, email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.
4. Participants who subscribe on https://www.oneplus.com/launch/oneplus-15r in the campaign duration will receive a 100 € discount coupon on OnePlus 15R, a 30 € discount coupon on OnePlus Pad Go 2 and a 30 € discount coupon on OnePlus Watch Lite.
The 100 € discount coupon on OnePlus 15R is valid from December 17, 2025 to January 28, 2026.
The 30 € discount coupon on OnePlus Pad Go 2 is valid from December 17, 2025 to January 31, 2026.
The 30 € discount coupon on OnePlus Watch Lite is valid from December 17, 2025 to January 31, 2026.
These coupons can not be used in conjunction with flash sale, other coupons, or limited-time offers.
5. We may process your email address and OnePlus account for the purpose of the campaign. For other information, please refer to our Privacy Policy at https://www.oneplus.com/legal/privacy-policy-store.
6. If any provision of these T&Cs is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that is legally possible and comes as close as possible to the invalid provision in terms of content. The same applies to any loopholes.
7. Other Important Notes
(1) Each participant may only use one account to participate in the campaign. Any account linked by the same OnePlus account, phone number, or mobile device will be regarded as belonging to the same participant. If it is found that the same participant has participated in this campaign using different accounts, OnePlus reserves the right to exclude the participant from this campaign.
(2) OnePlus is entitled to exclude participants from this campaign who violate these T&Cs, and/or provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information, use unfair means, and/or try to manipulate the campaign result, including but not limited to cheating, malicious exploitation, use of automated scripts or bots, fake review, fake transactions, system disruption, or cyberattacks. In addition, it is not permitted to participate in the campaign via dubious or fake accounts, such as account registered with phone numbers hoarded by illegal operations, scam phone number or email, or abnormal phone number segments. If there is a reason for exclusion, OnePlus is entitled to withdraw the awards, reclaim the awards that have already been handed out, or demand compensation for the value. If any losses are incurred by OnePlus or a third party as a result of the participant's actions, OnePlus reserves the right to seek compensation from the participant.
(3) OnePlus is entitled to early end or postpone the campaign. This applies in particular to cases of force majeure or If proper execution of the campaign cannot be guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons, including but not limited to natural disasters, government order, widespread fraudulent activity during the campaign, severe cyberattacks, or system failures to the campaign platform or related systems. OnePlus reserves the right to vary the T&Cs of the campaign with reasonable justification.
