1.The campaign is valid from December 2nd, 2024 at 11:00 CET through December 24th, 2024 at 14:00 CET.
2.ELIGIBILITY:
Eligible participants are individuals who

3. Subscribed users can invite friends. We highly recommend that you only invite friends who are interested in the products or service of OnePlus. All subscribed users can be reached later via email.
4. Upon event completion, the inviter ranks Top 10 with more than 30 invitees can win the prizes of follows, and Top 10 get RedCoins rewards.

5. Winners can check their prize information on the event page's View More section. Prizes will be issued as gift coupons to the winner's OnePlus account and RedCoins will credited to the winner's OnePlus account directly.
6. Winners can redeem the Gift Coupons on oneplus.com or OnePlus Store app within the contest territories, and while stock lasts. The redemption code is valid within 90 days after the launch of the new product. Products that have been released are valid within 90 days after receiving the coupon. Please redeem your prize in time. The coupon is valid for one-time use only and cannot be combined with any other promotion code, discounts, or offer.
7. RedCoins będą ważne przez rok od ich otrzymania i mogą zostać wymienione podczas zakupu produktu lub za pośrednictwem RedCoins Center. W celu korzystania z RedCoins, Warunki korzystania z RedCoins (https://www.oneplus.com/support/terms-and-conditions-of-redcoins) will apply.
8. Prizes (including the gift coupon and RedCoins) cannot be returned or refunded for cash at any point of time.

10. Jeśli którekolwiek z postanowień niniejszego Regulaminu (“T&Cs”) jest lub stanie się nieważne w całości lub w części, nie wpłynie to na ważność pozostałych postanowień. Nieważne postanowienie zostanie zastąpione postanowieniem, które jest prawnie możliwe i jest jak najbardziej zbliżone do nieważnego postanowienia OWH. To samo dotyczy wszelkich luk prawnych.
11. OnePlus ma prawo wykluczyć uczestników tej kampanii, którzy naruszają te warunki, podają fałszywe, wprowadzające w błąd lub nieuczciwe informacje, korzystają z nieuczciwych środków i/lub próbują manipulować wynikiem wyborów. Ponadto uczestnictwo w kampanii za pośrednictwem podejrzanych, fałszywych kont jest niedozwolone. Jeśli istnieje powód do wykluczenia, OnePlus ma prawo do wycofania nagrody, odzyskania już rozdanych nagród lub żądania odszkodowania za ich wartość.
12. OnePlus ma prawo do wcześniejszego zakończenia lub przełożenia kampanii. Dotyczy to w szczególności przypadków siły wyższej oraz sytuacji, gdy prawidłowe przeprowadzenie kampanii nie może być zagwarantowane z powodów technicznych i/lub prawnych. OnePlus zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany warunków kampanii z uzasadnionym powodem.
13. W zakresie dozwolonym przez obowiązujące prawo, uczestnicy zgadzają się, że wszelkie podatki (w tym podatek dochodowy) lub inne opłaty wykonalne w związku z nagrodą są wyłączną odpowiedzialnością uczestników.
