1. Hi-Res Audio is supported on Android devices with LHDC 5.0. Hi-Res Audio can be set in the "Earbuds Function" for OnePlus smartphone users with Android 12 and above. For other users (Android 7.0 and above), Hi-Res Audio requires the HeyMelody application available for download from Google Play Store. Hi-Res Audio is not supported on iOS devices.

This feature is not available on devices without voice assistant functionality.

12. The earbuds feature IP55 water and dust resistance, however the charging case does not. Water and dust resistance may diminish with device aging. Liquid and dust damage are not covered under the warranty.
13. OnePlus Buds 4 and OnePlus phones, when used together, will provide the best experience. OnePlus Buds 4 is also compatible with Bluetooth® devices; the longest Bluetooth® transmission distance is 10m between OnePlus Buds 4 and the Bluetooth® device. Due to the nature of Bluetooth®, electromagnetic interference in the area may cause the connection to break.
