OnePlus Watch 3 ECG
ECG Analyzer can record, store, and display your ECG data collected by single-lead ECG devices. The conditions it can detect include: sinus rhythm, atrial fibrillation. The results may only indicate a potential risk.
This feature is designed for users aged 18 and above.

Currently, the ECG feature is only available in the countries/regions listed in the table below. The availability time of ECG Analyzer may vary by country or region due to restrictions in obtaining approval/registration as a Software as a Medical Device (SaMD).

- The ECG app is pre-installed on ECG-compatible OnePlus wearables and in the OHealth app.
- To use this feature, please install the OHealth app on your phone or update the OHealth app to its latest version.
- If you're using ECG for the first time, go to OHealth > Home > ECG, and follow the onscreen instructions to activate the ECG app.
- Data syncing requires that the watch and phone are paired using Bluetooth.
- ECG Analyzer only supports smartphones with Android 9.0 and above.
- Rest your arms flat on a table or on your lap. Keep your arms and fingers relaxed.
- Place your finger on the lower button to start a measurement, which lasts for 30 seconds.
- During the measurement, remain still, breathe steadily and avoid talking. Keep your finger gently resting on the lower button without pressing it.
- If the measurement is interrupted, the screen will stop displaying your ECG waveform. You will be prompted to gently place your finger on the electrode and may also be shown other measurement tips.
- After 30 seconds, the measurement will end and the results will pop up. On this screen, you can add any symptoms you are currently experiencing. You can go to the OHealth app on your phone to view the ECG data in detail.
- The ECG results include: Sinus rhythm, Atrial fibrillation, Very low Heart Rate, Low Heart Rate, High Heart Rate, Very high High Rate, and Inconclusive.

A sinus rhythm is a normal heartbeat rhythm where electrical pulses are generated by the sinus node.
- Atrial fibrillation
Atrial fibrillation is a common cardiac arrhythmia characterized by irregular and often abnormally fast heartbeats.

- Heart rates below 40 bpm are considered very low.
- Heart rates below 50 bpm are considered low by default.
- Heart rates above 100 bpm are considered high by default.
- Heart rates above 150 bpm are considered very high.
- Heart rates below 40 bpm are considered very low.
- Inconclusive

The ECG may indicate some heart conditions, but they are not the conditions that the App is designed to identify, so no conclusive result can be obtained from the diagram.
- 'Weak signals' and 'Poor signals': ECG signals is too low or there is significant interference in the ECG signals, respectively. In either case, you are advised to repeat the ECG test.
- You could share the report in PDF format in OHealth app.
- The ECG Analyzer cannot diagnose a heart attack. If you think that you're having a medical emergency, please seek medical attention immediately.
- Do not use it to diagnose heart-related diseases.
- Do not change your medication without consulting your doctor beforehand.
- Do not use it while you are undergoing medical treatment (for example, magnetic resonance imaging, diathermy, lithotripsy, burn treatment, and external defibrillation).
- The results generated by the ECG Analyzer may include inaccuracies due to user error, device interference, or environmental factors. False positives or negatives are possible and should not replace professional medical advice.
