Brain Rot Blaster - Play to Win T&Cs

These Brain Rot Blaster - Play to Win Terms and Conditions ( “Terms and Conditions”) apply when you submit your Campaign Entry (defined as below) for your participation in the Brain Rot Blaster - Play to Win Campaign. By submitting a Campaign Entry, a Participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, so please read them carefully before you participate in the Campaign and keep a copy for your records.

 

1. Promotor:

This Campaign is brought to you by

1) for the UK: Unumplus Limited, with registered address at 7 Albert Buildings, 49 Queen Victoria Street, London , EC4N 4SA;

2) for the other European countries: Reflection Investment B.V., with its registered address at Hofplein 20,3032AC Rotterdam, Netherlands (collectively OnePlus” or “we”).

 

2. Campaign duration: 11:00 BST/12:00 CEST on July. 28 2025 - 23:59 August.08.2025

 

3. Eligible participants:

1) To be eligible to participate in the Campaign you must be an individual aged at least 18 years (“Participant”, “You”, “Your” or “Yours”).

2) There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Campaign.

3) Employees of OnePlus, its Affiliates, as well as their respective relatives and other persons involved in the conception and implementation of this Campaign are excluded from participation.

 

4. How to participate in the Campaign

Participants play Brain Rot Blaster on the official OnePlus website in any of the following countries: United Kingdom, Germany, Greece, Italy, Denmark, Poland, Finland, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Sweden, Spain, Austria, Bulgaria, Czechia, Hungary, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovenia or Slovakia (“campaign territories”).

To enter the giveaway, Participators must share a screenshot of their final score on Instagram with the following:

 

1. Tag @oneplus_europe

2. Use the hashtag #BrainRotBlaster

 

Participation in the campaign is on a first come first serve basis.

Eligible Participants will be considered as officially participating in the Campaign.

 

5. Winner Selection and Prize:

Twenty Eight (28) winners will be randomly selected from all the eligible participants across all campaign territories on the following date: July.29.2025. Prizes will be distributed as follows:

(1) Grand Prize: Three (3) winners will each receive a coupon for a FREE OnePlus Nord 5.

(2) Second Prize: Ten (10) winners will each receive a 74 €/£67/590 dkk/860 sek discount code for the OnePlus Nord 5.

(3) Third Prize: Fifteen (15) winners will each receive a 50 €/£45/390 dkk/570 sek discount code for the OnePlus Nord 5.

 

All coupons and discount codes are valid for redemption only on https://www.oneplus.com in campaign territories between July.28.2025 - August.09.2025.

 

Prizes are non-transferable. Prized in kind cannot be paid out in cash. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserves the right to substitute the Prizes with a reward of equal or greater value .

 

6. Notification:

The winners will be notified via an Instagram Direct Message (DM) within [3] business days of the closing date. If we cannot contact a winner, or a winner does not claim the prize within [5] business days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

 

7. Privacy and Data Protection

1) In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and/or the Data Protection Act 2018, by accepting these Terms and Conditions, each participant consents to the incorporation of their personal data (including full name and email address) into a file owned by the company. The purpose of this file is to manage the draw, disseminate and publicize its results, and process the delivery of the prize.

2) We inform you that you can exercise your rights to Access, Rectification, Erasure, Objection, Restriction of Processing, Data Portability, the right to be forgotten, and the right not to be subject to automated individual decisions by sending an email to privacy.eu@oneplus.com or by sending a letter to the following address: (UK) 7 Albert Buildings, 49 Queen Victoria St, London EC4N 4SA, United Kingdom; (EU) Hofplein 20,3032AC Rotterdam, Netherlands, in both cases attaching a copy of an identification document.

3) We will retain the personal data of the winner for 3 months, depending on customer service requirements. Without prejudice to any other administrative appeal or judicial action, the participant has the right to file a complaint with a Supervisory Authority, particularly in the Member State of their habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement, if they consider that the processing of their personal data does not comply with the regulations or if they are not satisfied with the exercise of their rights.

4) Therefore, the participant acknowledges having been informed of the conditions regarding personal data protection and accepts and consents to the processing of their data and confirms that they agree with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at: (UK) https://www.oneplus.com/uk/legal/privacy-policy-uk; (EU) https://www.oneplus.com/nl/legal/privacy-policy-bnl.

 

8. Miscellaneous

1) If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that is legally possible and comes as close as possible to the invalid provision in terms of content. The same applies to any loopholes.

2) OnePlus is entitled to exclude participants from this Campaign who violate these Terms and Conditions, provide false, misleading or fraudulent information, use unfair means and/or try to manipulate the selection result. In addition, participation in the competition via dubious, fake accounts is not permitted. If there is a reason for exclusion, OnePlus is entitled to withdraw the Prize, to reclaim the Prize that have already been handed out, or to demand compensation for the value.

3) The winners agree that any tax (including the income tax) or other charge payable in conjunction with the Prizes is the sole responsibility of the winners.

4) This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other social network.

5) Your participation in the Campaign and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of the country where you have your registered residence provided that you are eligible to participate in the Campaign (see No 4 above), otherwise, or if you have more than one registered residence, it shall be governed the law of England.

6) Brain Rot Blaster is intended/designed for a single playthrough only to encourage users to scroll less. However, in order to ensure fair gameplay, users can attempt to complete the game more than once by clearing broswer history and caches.
