6. During the deposit stage, no sale or pre-order contract is formed between OnePlus and you. You can cancel your participation during the deposit stage, and in such case, the deposit will be refunded to the paying account within 1-3 business days.
7. Only after the remaining balance is paid, you can go to Order Details to download the invoices for down payment and remaining amount, which will be issued separately.

2. Please note that the deposit you paid during the deposit stage serves solely to reserve your opportunity to place an order at the final payment stage and is not part of the product price. If you decide to place an order in the final payment stage, the deposit will be applied to the total payment for the order. Please pay the remaining balance before the specified time limit (Nov 18 11:59 PM CET). If you fail to pay the remaining amount before the due date, your opportunity to order (as well as the benefit for the 50 € discount coupon and free gift) will be cancelled and the deposit will be refunded to the payment account within 1-3 working days.

Refunds instructions:
If an order is cancelled or withdrawn, whether before or after the product is dispatched, any associated Promotion should be cancelled or returned as well. If applicable, compensation for the value of the Promotion may be required.
Miscellaneous:
1. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that is legally possible and comes as close as possible to the invalid provision in the Terms and Conditions. The same applies to any loopholes.
2. We are entitled to exclude customers from the order who violate these Terms and Conditions, provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information, use unfair means, and/or try to manipulate the order process. If there is a reason for exclusion, we are entitled to withdraw the Promotion, reclaim the Promotion that has already been handed out, or demand compensation for the value.
3. We are entitled to early end or postpone the order process. This applies in particular to cases of force majeure and if proper execution of the order cannot be guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons. We reserve the right to vary the Terms and Conditions with reasonable justification.
