What is the warranty policy for the OnePlus devices?

OnePlus devices purchased on oneplus.in come with a limited warranty of one (1) year starting from the date of delivery. The limited warranty only covers product defects caused by workmanship or build materials. Any repair and replacement service covered by warranty, along with shipping and handling, will be free within the first one-year period.

After I have completed the online purchase, when can I pick up the product(s) in store?

Please pick up your purchased products within 48 hours at your selected store. If the products are not picked up within the mentioned time, your order will be cancelled and refund will be processed around 7 business days for payment providers to process refunds.

Can I change from in-store pickup to 3-hour delivery or vice versa on the same product order?

Sorry, currently we don't support change requests. You can cancel your order in our online Order Status website and place the order again.

If I place the order online in the evening, is 3-hour delivery available?

Store processing time starts opening until 6 pm. Same day delivery is only available if the order is placed on or before 18:00 IST. Any orders placed afterwards will be processed for the following day. Please note that due to the pandemic situation and control measures, this time may be varied in different locations.

What information is required for in-store pickup verification?

You will receive the OTP on the registered mobile number. Please ensure you can receive the above OTP details when arriving at the store and reach out to our store associate for the pickup service.
