  9. The earbuds feature IP55 dust and water resistant, but the charging case does not. Please avoid using them during strenuous exercise to prevent damage from perspiration. If the headset is damaged, its waterproof performance cannot be guaranteed. If headphones or hands are wet, be sure to dry them thoroughly before operating or putting them in the charging box. The headset may be damaged if placed in the charging case before drying. Dust and water resistance may diminish with device aging. Liquid and dust damage are not covered under the warranty.
  10. OnePlus Buds Clip and OnePlus phones, when used together, will provide the best experience. OnePlus Buds Clip is also compatible with Bluetooth® devices; the longest Bluetooth® transmission distance is 10m between OnePlus Buds Clip and the Bluetooth® device. Due to the nature of Bluetooth®, electromagnetic interference in the area may cause the connection to break.
  11. For OnePlus smartphone users with Android 12 and above, dual-device connection can be set in the "Earbuds Function". Users with Android 8.0 or later, iOS 13.2 models can download and install the HeyMelody app to configure the earbuds. The dual connection performance may vary depending on the connected devices, and it may take longer to switch to a laptop.
