Rules:
1. RCC members who have completed their birthday information can claim their respective birthday presents based on their membership level once a year.
2.Each account can participate in the lucky draw activity once a year during the month of the user's birthday filled in at RCC.
3.Every year you will get one chance to participate the Lucky Draw where you can get a chance to win Free OnePlus Everyday Sling Bag / Free OnePlus Magnetic Cable Type-C to Type-C / 10 € off over 100 € on IOT and Accessories / 500 RedCoins / 200 RedCoins / 5 RedCoins in the form of a redeemable coupon on oneplus.com / OnePlus Store App.
4. L3 and L4 members get an additional chance to enter the Lucky Draw each year, giving them two chances to receive prizes during their birthday month.
5. The specific prizes are subject to the content displayed on the monthly birthday event page.
6. Each participant can only win each prize at most once in the game.
7. Prizes are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the stock is depleted, participants will not be able to win.
8. The validity period of the prizes is subject to the information displayed on the coupon page.
9. The valid time for the RedCoins is 1 year.
10. You can only edit your birthday information once a year. The redemption code or coupon is valid for 30 days upon the receipt of the code.
Terms & Conditions
1. Eligible Participants: Participants must be over the age of eighteen (18). Participants must also be resident in and have a delievery address in the Campaign Territories（United Kingdom, Italy, Denmark, Poland, Finland, Netherlands, France, Sweden, Spain, Austria,Bulgaria, Czech, Estonia, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Slovenia and Slovakia ） during the campaign period. Participants should have a OnePlus account to participate the campaign.
2. The redemption code, coupon, RedCoins will be sent to winner's OnePlus account directly.
3. Winners can redeem the redemption code or coupon on oneplus.com or OnePlus Store app within the campaign territories, and while stock lasts. The redemption code or coupon is valid for 30 days upon the receipt of the code. The coupon is valid for one-time use only and cannot be combined with any other promotion code, discounts, or offer. RedCoins obtained are valid for 1 year.
4. RedCoins will be valid for one year upon receipt which can be redeemed during product purchase or through RedCoins Center. For the use of RedCoins, the Terms of Use of RedCoins (https://www.oneplus.com/support/terms-and-conditions-of-redcoins) will apply.
5. Prizes cannot be returned or refunded for cash at any point of time.
6. By entering this campaign, you agree to us processing your email address and contacting you via email for the purpose of the campaign. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy at https://www.oneplus.com/legal/privacy-policy-store.
7. Participants who are selected but do not meet the eligibility criteria or comply with the rules will automatically forfeit their prize.
8. OnePlus is entitled to exclude participants from this campaign who violate these T&Cs, provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information, use unfair means, and/or try to manipulate the election result. In addition, participation in the campaign via dubious, fake accounts is not permitted. If there is a reason for exclusion, OnePlus is entitled to withdraw the prize, reclaim the prize that have already been handed out, or demand compensation for the value.
9. OnePlus is entitled to early end or postpone the campaign. This applies in particular to cases of force majeure and if proper execution of the campaign cannot be guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons. OnePlus reserves the right to vary the T&Cs of the campaign with reasonable justification.
10. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, the participants agree that any tax (including the income tax) or another charge payable in conjunction with the prize is the sole responsibility of the participants.
