Eligible customers: customer who is over the age of eighteen (18) and reside in United Kingdom, Italy, Denmark, Poland, Finland, Netherlands, France, Sweden, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia (“campaign territories”) during the campaign period.

Early Bird - Deposit Stage:

Campaign period: April 17, 11:30 CEST - April 23, 16:00 CEST, 2024.

1. Price of OnePlus Pad Go is not displayed during this stage. The price of OnePlus Pad Go will be revealed on April 23 16:00 CEST, 2024.

2. Paying in installments is not allowed during this stage.

3. Any offers (including coupons, token or other discounts) cannot be applied during this deposit stage.

4. Offer for paying deposit

Customers who participate in our Early Bird offer and make a deposit order within the campaign period will automatically get the chance to receive the following discount and a free gift: 1) 30 € discount through a coupon once the deposit has been paid, to be applied when paying the remaining balance.

5. After the deposit is paid by April 17th, 11:30 CEST, make sure that the remaining payment is made before the deadline (April 26th, 16:10 CEST). Otherwise, your order (30 € discount coupon) will be canceled automatically. Please note: your shipping and billing address cannot be changed later.

6. You can cancel the order during the deposit stage, the deposit will be refunded to the paying account within 1-3 business days.

7. Only after the remaining balance is paid, you can go to Order Details to download the invoices for down payment and remaining amount, which will be issued separately.

8. In order to reserve, you need to pay the deposit first. You can pay for the rest of the remaining balance including the shipping fee, tax, insurance expenses, price for any other items purchased when you make the down payment.

Final payment Stage:

Campaign duration: April 23, 16:10 CEST- April 26, 16:10 CEST 2024.

1. Price of OnePlus Pad Go will be displayed in this stage.

2. Please pay the remaining balance within the specified time limit. If you fail to pay the remaining amount before the due date, your reserved order (30 € discount coupon) will be canceled and the deposit will be refunded to the payment account within 1-3 working days.

3. You can cancel the order before it is shipped. If you decide to cancel the order, your payment (including deposit and final payment) will be returned to you separately.

4. When making the final payment, your current shipping or billing address cannot be changed.

5. When making the final payment, Shipping methods cannot be changed.

6. Offers (including coupons, token or other discounts) can be applied to make the final payment.

7. The 30 € off coupon on OnePlus Pad Go can be applied to make the final payment.

Refunds instructions:

If the order is cancelled at any stage, the 30 € discount coupon should be cancelled or returned as well.
