OnePlus 10T 5G NYC Launch Event Tickets FAQs

We sincerely look forward to your willingness to participate in this event. If you are still hesitating or planning your trip, here are some FAQs that might be helpful.

Before purchasing

1. What is included in the ticket package？

• A hands-on experience with the newly launched OnePlus Products. Experience and enjoy the powerful performance of OnePlus's newest flagship, and multiple activations for you to interact.
• Exclusive memorabilia that will include one pair of OnePlus Nord Buds and other OnePlus swag
• However, the ticket is NOT responsible for any expenses of your travel and accommodation

2. Where can I purchase the ticket?

• Official tickets sales are only available on the OnePlus.com and OnePlus Store North America. You will receive an order confirmation once your payment has been processed successfully.

3. If I fail to purchase a ticket at July 20, is there another way to get one?

• Yes! Users who are part of our Red Cable Club (RCC) will get first access to buy tickets on July 20, with the first 50 tickets.
• Nonetheless, General ticket sales will open on July 21 and tickets are limited and are first come first serve.

4. What’s the difference between RCC and general tickets?

• Selling period different: RCC tickets will only be available on July 20, and general tickets sales will be open on July 21
• Purchasing conditions different: RCC tickets are only available to RCC members, who are supposed to log in to purchase
• RCC Extra ‘Plus One’ benefit: RCC ticket allows 2 persons in total to participate the event

5. Why do I need to provide a shipping address?

• In order to send the e-ticket to you, an email address to receive is necessary.

6. Does the event have an age limit?

• You must be over 8 years old to enter. If you are under the age of 13, you must be accompanied by an adult, who should also have another ticket.

After purchasing

1. What if I do not receive the e-ticket via email?

• You may check your e-ticket in your account (OnePlus Official Website – Account – Event - Launch Event), and an invitation email will be sent to your address as well.
• If you do not receive any email of your ticket after 48 hours since you finish purchasing, please do contact our support team

2. May I refund if necessary?

• Unfortunately, tickets are not refundable. If you really couldn’t make it, we encourage you may send the tickets to one of your friends or family.

Attending the event

1. I am driving to the event. May I park in the avenue?

• Please be aware of that the avenue will NOT offer free parking. Therefore, we suggest you taking public transportation or cabs to join the event.

2. If I miss the check-in time, can I still join the event

• You can start get into after 9 AM, but once check-in closes at 10 AM, your will not be able to enter the venue. Let’s have your reminder alarm set now!

3. When can I claim the gift bag?

• Before leaving the event, you may trade your wristband at the exit for the exclusive launch event gift bag.

4. Will I be able to leave and return to the event?

• The ticket would be expired after your ticket having checked. For security reasons, it’s not allowed to return the avenue once leaving.

5. Will I be able to buy (new) OnePlus products at this event?

• Unfortunately, no OnePlus products will be sold at this event.

6. Will food and drinks be served at the event?

• Yes, we will serve special snacks and drinks free of charge for all of our RCC members.

7. Will there be a cloakroom?

• There is NO WHERE for bag/coat check.

8. Can I film the event for my YouTube channel, or write about this for my blog?

• Sure! Please feel free to film and take photos of the event under the guidance of our staff.

9. Prohibited items:

• Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
• Narcotics and any other illegal items
• Pets or other animals
• Weapons of any kind
• Laser pointers or any strong flashlights
