RULES
1. Each eligible user can participate by creating a ranked avatar, and subscribing to marketing information from OnePlus (T&C apply).
2. All participants will receive a special '20% off' coupon code (valid for OnePlus Audio, Watch and Accessories) via e-mail within 5 minutes of participating.
3. Users must share their ranked avatar image to Instagram feed with ‘#OnePlusGetTogether‘, @OnePlus and follow the account for a chance to win a free OnePlus 10T 5G (16 GB RAM + 256 GB Storage).
4. Ten (10) winners in total will be selected at random globally. Winners will be announced at @OnePlus on August 4, 2022.
5. This campaign is valid from July 28, 8:00 AM EDT to August 4, 6:00 AM EDT.
6. Each eligible user can participate in the campaign by submitting their e-mail address once.
7. Prizes can only be redeemed on oneplus.com or via the OnePlus Store app. Prizes can only redeemed when online purchases and products are available via the winner's corresponding country during the campaign period.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
2. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning on July 28, 2022 at 8:00 AM EDT through August 4, 2022 at 6:00 AM EDT, log in to www.oneplus.com/launch/10t, and navigate to the “OnePlus Avatar” campaign page. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.
3. ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of U.S. and Canada, excluding New York, Florida, and Quebec, who are 18 years of age and older as of March 24, 2022. Void where prohibited.
4. PARTICIPATION: Eligible participants can participate by generating ranked avatar image. To stand a chance to win a free OnePlus 10T 5G (16 GB RAM + 256 GB Storage), participants need to share their ranked Avatar image to Instagram feed with ‘#OnePlusGetTogether‘, @OnePlus and follow the account.
5. WINNER SELECTION: Ten (10) winners in total will be selected at random globally and win a free OnePlus 10T 5G (16 GB RAM + 256 GB Storage). Eligible entries are ones that satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined above in point ‘4’ (PARTICIPATION section) above and on the website.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be announced on our Instagram platform @OnePlus on August 4, 2022. Winners will also be contacted via Instagram direct message. By entering this Giveaway, entrants give their express permission to be contacted by the Promotion Parties via direct message and e-mail, concerning this Giveaway.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering this Giveaway, entrants waive all rights to, and hold OnePlus Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and its affiliates (the “Promotion Parties”) harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any coupon or prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Promotion Parties will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant's failure to receive prize notices due to entrant's spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this Giveaway; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Giveaway; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the Giveaway, or announcement of the prizes. If, in the Promotion Parties’ opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the Giveaway, Promotion Parties reserve the right to cancel or modify this Givewaway. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared made by the name on the online entry form.
Promotion Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, administration of this Giveaway or in the announcement of winner and prize. In the event Promotion Parties are prevented from continuing with this promotion, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the promotion as planned is undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction (each a "Force Majeure" event or occurrence), Promotion Parties shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Giveaway and award the coupons from among all eligible entries received up to that date.
8. PRIZES:
(a) Each of the ten (10) winners will receive a redeem code of free OnePlus 10T 5G, valid for 3 months upon the receipt of the code. Winners can redeem the free OnePlus 10T 5G through the redeem code on oneplus.com or OnePlus Store app where online purchase is available in the corresponding country before stocks run out.
(b) All entrants will each be awarded a coupon of ‘20% off’ on OnePlus Audio, Watch and Accessories. Awards will be sent through e-mail within 5 minutes after participation. The awards are valid until November 4, 2022 11:59 PM (EDT). Please use them in time.
The selected participants will automatically forfeit their claim to the Prize if they do not meet the eligibility criteria or do not comply with these T&Cs.
9. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Texas, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Dallas, Texas.
10. PRIVACY: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Promotion Parties’ Privacy Policy stated on https://www.oneplus.com/legal/privacy-policy?from=foot. In addition, by entering this Giveaway, entrants acknowledge and agree to submit, and for the Promotion Parties to collect, their IMEIs (their mobile device’s identifiers), and understand that their IMEIs are considered personal information in the category of “identifiers” under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 and other applicable statutes.
11. GENERAL: By entering this Giveaway, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Promotion Parties on all matters relating to the Giveaway, which are final and binding.
12. GRANT OF PUBLICITY: By accepting a prize coupon or code, each winner agrees to, where legal, Promotion Parties’ use of his/her name, city and state of residence and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity without further compensation, permission or notification and, upon request, will provide consent to such use in writing.
