1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
2. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning on December 10, 2021 at 12:01 AM EDT through December 31, 2021 at 11:59 PM EDT, log on to www.oneplus.com, and click "Press to play" to enter into the Lucky Draw. Unsuccessful entrants may attempt to enter a second time by clicking “Share to Play again” and sharing the sweepstakes link on Facebook or Twitter each day. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. Entrants may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.
3. ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of U.S. and Canada, 18 years of age and older as of December 10, 2021. Void where prohibited.
4. DRAWING: The Lucky Draw landing page will display three question mark pictures. Upon the entrant clicking “Press to play,” three prize pictures will randomly be displayed. If all three pictures are identical, the entrant wins the prize displayed in the three identical pictures.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold OnePlus Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and its affiliates (the “Promotion Parties”) harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any coupon or prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Promotion Parties will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant's failure to receive prize notices due to entrant's spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this Sweepstakes; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or announcement of the prizes. If, in the Promotion Parties’ opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Promotion Parties reserve the right to cancel or modify this Sweepstakes. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared made by the name on the online entry form.
Promotion Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, administration of this Sweepstakes or in the announcement of winner and prize. In the event Promotion Parties are prevented from continuing with this promotion, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the promotion as planned is undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction (each a "Force Majeure" event or occurrence), Promotion Parties shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes and award the prizes from among all eligible entries received up to that date.

7. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes and these Terms and Conditions are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Texas, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Dallas, Texas.

9. GENERAL: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Promotion Parties on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, which are final and binding.

GRANT OF PUBLICITY: By accepting a prize coupon, winner agrees to, where legal, Promotion Parties’ use of his/her name, city and state of residence and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity without further compensation, permission or notification and, upon request, will provide consent to such use in writing.
